Tiffie was recommended by a mutual friend and we started working together about a year before the wedding. We decided early on that it was worthwhile to have a coordinator and partial planner for our wedding, as my then-fiance and I were living in another state, had a large guest list in mind (targeted ~250 guests), and were juggling other life transitions.

PLANNING:
Tiffie brought great vendor recommendations that fit our style and provided a much-needed "second set of eyes" as we reviewed vendor contracts and other details. As a former consultant I didn't expect to need a lot of help staying organized, but found that it's helpful to have someone more experienced, rational, and "outside" the sometimes tricky dynamics of the wedding party (i.e. NOT bridesmaids, spouse-to-be, or family!) to discuss the schedule and to-do list, seek affirmation from when planning feels slow, or think of new fun décor details.

DAY-OF COORDINATION:
Tiffie brought two (?) assistants to help with the day-of coordination. We felt completely confident knowing all the little details we discussed ahead of time would be looked after and executed, without the wedding party or our families having to worry. With so many vendors, two venues (for ceremony and reception), and other moving pieces, there are always little things that don't quite go according to plan (for example, we told the venue we wanted wine service; they ended up just placing bottles of wine on the table)...but having Tiffie and her team look out for the things that were most important to us made sure that the schedule ran smoothly and nobody noticed the minor deviations. Several guests and even our own wedding party noted that it was the SMOOTHEST wedding they had ever attended in that the schedule flow, set-up, etc. were carefully thought through in advance. We spent a lot of time thinking through the "guest experience" with Tiffie and it paid off!

Tiffie was a tremendous help to us all throughout the planning process and the day of - super responsive, always available, and insightful when you have various questions. The wedding day was seamless and everything transitioned nicely with Tiffie's help, highly recommend her services!

Tiffie was wonderful to work with. We hired her as our day-of coordinator but she did so much more than we had expected. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt right above everything to do with our wedding. She was available for questions and updates via text / phone call and always had a positive and joyful attitude when speaking to us. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything went seamlessly and everything was so perfect. I would recommend Tiffie to all my friends and family looking for a wedding coordinator.
