I contacted Emily about four months before the big wedding day. I was dating my husband long distance - I was in VA and he was in NJ, and it wouldn't be until April that I'd move to NJ and our wedding was end of May. Talk about a lot to coordinate!

Even still, I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator thinking "I'll be fine." But, wisely decided to hire Emily because: our wedding invites began to swell (to about 200 or more), there were lots of moving parts (a dinner held at the church, and then a separate reception space located elsewhere) it was less than four/five months away and I was still not in-state able to coordinate with the vendors in person. Looking back, I wish I hired her earlier!

Emily brought to surface important details I would have otherwise missed or thought of too late in the process. She communicated easily, listened, was super detail oriented, organized (loved the timelines, scheduling), AND also acted as my second brain when I needed some recommendations (ie; finding a dj, makeup/hair). She gave suggestions but was not pushy. And all of the details were laid out in a digestible way. She brought structure and peace of mind. I could trust that all the details discussed would be followed through and then some.

We received so many compliments with how smooth and enjoyable our wedding was and I believe a large part had to do with the coordination and magic of Emily, Vince and Events by O9. On the wedding day, I was able to truly be present and enjoy my day with my husband without worrying about something falling through. Without her, I believe everything would've been a bit sloppy. She truly went above and beyond to make all the details right. I don't think it ever hurts to have a coordinator in your corner. If you are considering one, hire them! Thank you Emily!

The entire process was so incredibly smooth from the day I met Jasmine and Emily to the day I met the team on the wedding day. When I first met Jasmine, I went in with some photos I liked from Pinterest and right away she started sketching and knew what I had envisioned for my wedding day. They are located in NYC and my wedding was out in Long Island. They dropped off all my bouquets EARLIER than scheduled so that was one less thing I had to worry about on my special day. The quality of the flowers were superb! It was equivalent to the steep priced vendors but without the $$$. My experience with Events By o9 is top notch. Their service to truly understand what a customer wants and needs are great. But that is just the beginning, their were flexible with my time and schedules but were clear in terms of the timeline of what needed tio done. The floral decor were spectacularly done to the smallest of details which showed their passion for desgins. I cannot say enough about how well and reasonable they were in servicing the needs of my wife and I. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who want an extraordinarily service and decor.

I don't have enough positive things to write about Jasmine, Emily and Yung. I hired this incredible team to do my floral arrangements for my wedding and the work was incredible. Jasmine listened attentively to the type of atmosphere I was trying to create and created the most stunning arrangements as well as the perfect backdrop to my wedding ceremony. Despite it being a heavy downpour during my wedding day, the setup was impeccable. She also was accommodating in using flowers that didnt habe strong scents as my father is allergic. I also hired the team to do day of coordination services for my fairly large Indian wedding and they put me at such ease. I hired Events by o9 after booking my venue at the William Vale Hotel and initially just wanted Jasmine to be our "Day of Coordinator", as required by the William Vale. After meeting with Jasmine and her team, we decided to also hire her as our Wedding Planner and Florist / Decor.

Jasmine and her team are the ultimate professionals. They've been in this business for a very long time and the experience put me at ease to let the team drive the work and think through the details. The team does all the heavy lifting and would coordinate meetings at their office with key vendors, making the experience really pleasant and straightforward.

I wanted a few very specific elements of decor and a particular look in the flowers. The team was able to provide samples and make last minute changes when we decided to move the reception indoors the week of the wedding. While I was nervous about not knowing what the centerpieces would like with the last minute change, I was blown away by what team delivered. They really went above and beyond expectations and even the hotel staff commented that it was the most gorgeous wedding they've seen at the venue.

Hire this team - you won't regret it and they are worth every penny and more.

Emily an Jasmine are truly fantastic. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them during the wedding planning process. As most brides know, wedding planning is a DAUNTING task. There's so much to do and so many details that can easily be overlooked. With Emily and Jasmine, however, I knew that everything was taken care of. We planned together for nearly 7 months, and it was such a relief knowing that they were on my team. Jasmine designed my florals and bouquets and man, oh man, is she talented. She understood my vision and executed on it perfectly. Emily is a gem. She's patient, organized and puts you at ease. I cannot thank them enough for making my dream wedding a reality.

First off, Jasmine and Emily are so wonderful and easy to work with. When we first met, my husband and I didn't have a concrete idea of what we wanted, and came in with loose, unorganized thoughts. They were incredibly patient and helped us talk through our aesthetic and vision. I showed them a few pictures of "the feel" I wanted, and honestly, they ran with it and delivered. Our centerpieces were sooo beautiful, and my bouquet and BM bouquets were perfect! They somehow captured our style of "classic with a unique edge" in our flowers! Love!

I was absolutely obsessed with my floral arrangements! Events by 09 exceeded all of my expectations! It was so pleasant working with Jasmine and Emily. They're both so professional and super acommodating to your vision and your budget.
