This is a quality jewelry store. I poked around a couple of different shops looking for my wife’s engagement ring and came to European Jewelry on a recommendation. I was not disappointed. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me a variety of options and I appreciated that they never tried to force a sale or upsell me. I ended purchasing a lovely and unique engagement ring for my (now-)wife here. We liked it so much that we returned here to purchase her wedding band, as well. In addition to their friendly instore service, they also are committed to taking care of the products they sell you. Perhaps most importantly, the prices here are very reasonable, especially given the high quality of what they make and sell. This is quickly becoming my go-to jewelry store in the Chicago area. My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and couldn't be happier. They were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.
