My engagement ring and our wedding bands came from Gruno's. Once you've looked here, you can't buy anywhere else! Their stuff is just gorgeous. It's a little more pricey than the mall places, but it's soooo much nicer. Plus, they treat everyone wonderfully... I was a little frustrated with some of the other places that sort of brushed aside what I was looking for to try to sell us the most expensive rings. I recommended this to a friend, and he had his fiancee's ring custom-designed -- and it fit within his budget! Overall, they are great.

My fiancé chose to get my engagement ring designed by Gruno's - they tailored the ring exactly to his specifications. It's beautiful! And I love saying I have a custom ring. Well when the time came to pick a wedding band, the one that I loved didn't quite seem to exist...so they made it! Overall, the process took almost two months (during which time they had to keep my e-ring in order to make sure the sizes of the rings matched up), but my sales woman was great and very accommodating! Before deciding to get the ring custom-made, she sent me multiple pictures of rings to choose from and even got a few pieces in the style that I liked, just for me to try on. Although the price for both rings was rather high, due to Gruno's being a family-business rather than a chain, and the fact I had custom-work done, I believe the value and service are worth it. The salepeople really are nice and want to help you find the piece you love!
