Two small stones fell out of my new engagement ring. I was very disappointed. However, when my fiance and I came to the store, the staff were very helpful. The ring was repaired in 2 days. Very pleased!

My husband bought my engagement ring from an antique shop and I just LOVE the way it looks. My problem was that I could not find a wedding band that I liked with it. And I tried on A LOT of bands. Finally I went into Clodius where one of the sales representatives was very friendly and helpful. She showed me many options and also let me know that they have a custom-design option. I was looking to save some money so she suggested that I try just a plain band for now, and I could always come back and get a fancier diamond ring later, or for an anniversary (a very nice thing to suggest considering she is a sales-woman and a plain band is less money than a diamond). I ended up taking her advice and was very happy and comfortable with the fact that she didn't try to push me into a more expensive ring. I was very impressed with their customer service. Also, they cleaned my engagement ring for me for free (and I mean really clean, with a steamer...not just a cup of cleaning fluid) and she let me know that I could come in any time and get my ring/rings cleaned for free. I will be going back to them in the future for jewelery purchases because I was very happy with they standard of customer service.

Do not support this business! They lie and steal quality diamonds. Mine was switched with a cz. Didn’t realize it til I got home. 30 years of marriage and they stole from me! Went back with my appraisal and they said I couldn’t prove they did it!
