I can't wait to book Emily for our 10 year reunion party :) Working with her was one of the best decisions (and easiest decisions) we made for our whole wedding. She is an absolute gem of a person and an incredibly talented photographer. Photos were important to us especially because of COVID. We were only allowed to have a small group on-site and wanted to share our memories with our extended family members afterward. We were going for a specific vibe-- not too manicured, posed or formal -- and lots of candids. She was the perfect balance of "fly on the wall" and specific direction that we needed to document the important occasion. The magic she captured from that day helps me cope with the sad reality that it's now all over. I am able to relive the memories every-time I scroll through the album, which I do way more than I'd like to admit!

Wow, where do we begin? Words failed us in capturing how much we love and admire Emily, her team, and her work. We were so blessed to have Emily as our photographer for both our engagement and wedding photos. Talented, professional, and hilarious, Emily was a dream to work with and we really couldn't have asked for a more amazing photographer.

Photography was actually the very first thing we booked. My wife had done extensive research (Google, Yelp, Instagram etc) to really find someone who truly captures our vision. When we finally found Emily’s work, it was the easiest decision we ever made.

Compared to the other photographers who often rely on overly dramatized post-editing effects, Emily works to preserve her subjects in a natural and timeless manner that is warm, vibrant, and full of emotion. She goes beyond capturing the sweet smiles or the stunning backgrounds to really preserve a sense of place and time through her work. A master of light and composition, she finds a way to make her subjects look like they are glowing from inside out. Thanks to Emily’s impeccable vision and the deep care and authenticity of her work, flipping through our wedding and engagement photos is like stepping into a time machine that transports us back to the very moment she pushed the shutter. It's pure magic.

Since the very beginning, Emily patiently answered all of our questions, provided meaningful insight into her process, and made sure we were well informed. She helped us feel reassured as we planned out details over the phone or through email. She was very organized and kept all our documents and files on one platform. This was extremely helpful since planning a destination wedding can be very stressful. When we had to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding, she was one of the first vendors who reached out to us and made sure it would be an easy process. A few days after our wedding, she sent us some sneak peaks so we can relive our special day. Within a month after the wedding, she sent us the full album. She also gave us tips on how/where to get our photos professionally printed. We trusted her completely and she delivered!

I came across Emily's pictures on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her work. I wanted to make sure we found someone who could really capture our wedding beautifully. Her moody tones were aligned with our style and from the moment we had our first call with her we knew we had to hire her. When we saw the sneak peaks of the wedding, we were completely floored with how they turned out. Yes, I may have teared up too. She is a master at what she does, but more importantly, she has a heart of gold. She was so kind and really wanted to make sure we were happy with her work. Definitely blessed to have had Emily as our photographer. She knew what she was doing and how to capture all the right moments. Her level of experience showed from the very beginning. Emily was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. She was so calm, professional, and kind. My 90 year old uncle also enjoys photography and wanted to take family pictures along side her and she was incredibly patient with him as well, which I was so appreciative of. I would highly recommend her for any bride getting married on Oahu, or anywhere else for that matter!

Emily is by far THE BEST wedding photographer out there. When picking a photographer, we decided we would make it a PRIORITY to fly Emily to wherever our wedding would be. For us, it was Oregon. While shooting our engagement photos and wedding, Emily remains comforting, professional, supportive, and innovative. Plus, she constantly makes us laugh! For me the decision on who would photograph our wedding held more weight than what my gown would look like. That being said, finding Emily was like finding everything we were looking for all wrapped up in one. Emily made the entire process so simple, not only was she organized and super on schedule she made us feel so comfortable and calm, even through all my "we are so awkward" and "everythings going to go wrong" moments. She knew exactly what shots she wanted and how to capture us perfectly throughout our venue, she laughed with us and shared our love through her lens.

Emily has an incredible ability to capture all sides of you, she caught all the moments I missed. Those fleeting few seconds when you're too filled up to take anything else in, Emily kept them from getting away. I am so grateful for her and her ability to allow us to re-see the things we missed, to feel that joy over and over again.

Emily is truly the best! We are so grateful to have found her as our wedding photographer! We were very particular on style that we wanted for our wedding in Hawaii and she was the perfect fit. She is so personable, down to earth, and one of the sweetest vendor we've worked with. We have done many research in finding the right photographer and Emily's photos just stood out the most to us. You can feel the moment through each of the photos that she captures. She threw us by surprise when she had sent us a beautiful slideshow preview in less than a week after our wedding! Amazing! She captured every perfect moment so beautifully & naturally. We are still in awe just looking at the pictures today! Thank you Emily! :)
