My biggest complaint is that I have too many good photos to choose from. Emily and Matt were not only lovely people, but produced incredible wedding photos. Their styling is so special and unique giving you photos that are like nothing you've seen before. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you guys!

Emily was truly wonderful. Unfortunately her husband Matt was not able to be there at our wedding, but the woman who filled in for him was fantastic. She was so easy to work with, and so relaxed and warm that I was immediately comfortable in front of her camera. So far we have only gotten our preview pictures back but they are INCREDIBLE. My mom cried when she saw them. Already I feel like its going to be impossible to choose from so many good shots. I keep looking through them every other day marveling at how gorgeous they are and reveling in the memories of the day that are so beautifully captured. My husband and I are not the kind of couple who is into really posed pictures, and she only really cued us or asked to pose maybe 3 times the whole day and they ended up being some of my favorite shots. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and bring out the best of you both. Emily is amazing and if you want your pictures to not only capture the visual but the emotion of the day, hire her immediately!

In the face of a pandemic, we had to make a lot of sacrifices to make our wedding happen in 2020. But the easiest decision we made was hiring Emily and her husband Matt to photograph the day. And they delivered more than we expected.

Their character and energy blended perfectly with ours, which meant spending time with them while getting ready felt comfortable, leading to some really special photos. They both gave excellent direction to us, and our friends and family when necessary, and somehow became invisible during the ceremony while we focused on the moment.

Prior to the wedding they were easy to connect with to talk through details, and they quickly turned around 100’s of images for us to look through...and that’s where the magic really is.

Their ability to create an image is second to none. The colors they bring out, use of natural light, and innate ability to put themselves in the right place at the right time allows them to capture moments that others cannot. These aren’t just snapshots of an event, they’re glimpses into the emotion and feeling of an entire day.

Emily and Matt are the best. Our wedding photos were absolutely stunning, and even more importantly, they captured all the genuine emotion and joy of every moment of the day. Emily and Matt also brought such a kind, fun, and relaxed vibe to the day and felt like old friends by the end of the night. As an added bonus, Emily sent along the photos within only 2 weeks of our wedding (instead of the quoted 6-8 week turn-around time) and we received several hundred more photos than expected as well. It was a true joy to work with Emily and Matt from start to finish!

Emily and her husband Matt traveled all the way to Scotland to photograph our wedding. I honestly could not have asked for better people to attend and photograph our wedding. Seeing the day through their eyes have given us a gift we will never forget! They are wonderful to be around and are super professional.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding Emily and her husband shot a few years prior. From that experience alone and having seen photos from that wedding, I knew immediately who to call when I got married. Emily and Matt are phenomenal. From start to finish, they were easy and fun to work with. You spend a long time with the photographers on the actual day, so it was important for us to truly like them as as professionals AND as people. They made our day feel so natural and let us just be ourselves. We truly can't say enough positive things about them.

Obviously Emily’s photos are beautiful and stunning and perfect in every way, but my favorite part about having her and her husband Matt as our photographers was how they navigated the entire wedding day with poise and direction. Emily was kind and thoughtful and completely at ease with our rather complex timeline, but she also effortlessly captured every important moment and beautiful scenery (“this is a magical forest!”).

During our First Look, Emily’s husband Matt (her second shooter) carried my bouquet and actually moved sticks out of my path so they wouldn't get caught in my dress. They were both incredibly patient when wrangling errant family members for formal photos and absolutely brilliant when capturing special moments between two of us.

Not only are their photographs insanely beautiful, Emily and Matt are such wonderful people that we wished we had been able to invite them as guests! There is no better choice than hiring Emily and Matt!

My husband and I worked with Emily and Matt for our wedding last month and we could not recommend them more!! They were so chill and easy to be around - it honestly felt like we have two extra friends with us the whole day. They are professional, unobtrusive and made everyone feel comfortable. Emily got us our photos SUPER fast (while we were still on our honeymoon!) and they are absolutely INCREDIBLE! When my husband and I saw Emily's photography online, we knew instantly that we wanted to work with her. We couldn't have been happier with our decision! Her easygoing and no fuss personality made us feel at ease right away. We wanted a good blend of posed and candid photos and that's exactly what we got. Emily brought her husband, Matt, as a second shooter on our wedding day, and he was such a joy to be around, too. The two of them bring a sense of fun, lightheartedness and professionalism with them, which worked well with us. Many of our guests were complimenting Emily and Matt, saying how sweet and fun they were to be around. They seemed to capture all the major moments, but were barely seen. I could not have asked for a better photographer. Emily was an absolute dream to work with. We bought the largest package - it was an investment but I do not regret it one bit. It was one of the best decisions I made. Our engagement pictures were everything I wanted and so much more. I haven't seen all of the wedding pictures yet but the ones I've seen are perfect. Emily was able to capture my relationship with my partner perfectly. And it was just so much fun to take the pictures. Emily makes you feel so relaxed and like you can totally be yourself. Beyond how personable she is, she is an amazingly talented photographer. Her photos have a film quality to them that is hard to find in the digital world. I love the way she processes the images - the colors are soft but absolutely stunning. She is a true artist and I want to blanket my house with all of the photos she took of us. Literally cannot say enough amazing things about her.
