I LOVE the wedding dress Elvira made for my wedding. She had previously made my sister's wedding dress so I know she did excellent work, but she exceeded all of my expectations. I took parts from several pictures that I liked to her and she made it into an more than I could have hoped for. It was perfect. I didn't want the day to end because I didn't want to take my dress off. :)

Elvira is a dressmaker, so she can custom make anything! I took my gown in for alterations and she did a FANTASTIC job! The gown was two sizes too big and she had to take in everything! It turned out perfect - fit like a glove! I would highly recommend!!

Elvira's did an excellent job hemming three layers of lining & tulle! She also re-positioned the bottom tier of scalloped lace so that even though it needed to be hemmed by 3 or 4 inches, you cannot tell where it was pieced together. She made a beautiful bow that we were able to have fastened onto the bustle after the ceremony! Rhinestones also needed to be repaired on the shoulder straps. Very reasonable price and a quick turn-around. I would recommend Elvira's to anyone--absolutely beautiful work!

Elvira did the alterations on my dress. She put in a bustle, fixed an issue with the top of the dress fabric curling, and trimmed stray threads. I was impressed with her knowledge of what she was doing with the bustle and she talked to me about several different ways she could do it and why she thought the one way was the best way to go. She also explained to me her background and the training she had in wedding dresses. I don't remember the exact details but I remember being impressed. She was also incredibly affordable. The only issue is that her availability was a bit limited (she only takes bridal appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 and 2) but actually she ended up working with me outside of her normal hours (around 3 pm both times) because I'm a teacher and couldn't take time off during the last two weeks of school.
