Elizabeth’s Events is an event planning service based out of Raleigh, North Carolina and Savannah, GA. The goal of Elizabeth’s Events is to create the day you’ve imagined without any of the trouble that might come with it. We specializes in southern, modern, and classic events. Our team believes in open communication while planning your wedding. We will check in with you frequently to make sure things are happening as you’d like them to. Our motto is "Creating meaningful experiences and heartfelt moments for courageous couples"

Southern hospitality is at the core of all that we do. From the way we treat our clients, their family, and our vendors, to the experience we want each guest to have. Southern hospitality is welcoming others, making them feel at home, tending to their needs, and extending kindness to those around you. As Reese Witherspoon says, "you always gain by giving love."

Services Offered

Elizabeth’s Events offers several kinds of wedding services:

Wedding Planning Services include creating a timeline, unlimited consultations, finding and booking vendors, negotiating vendor contracts, research and planning, developing a wedding theme, reception planning, maintaining a budget, and more.

Wedding Management Services (Commonly known as Day of Coordination) include rehearsal coordination, timeline, reception and ceremony set up, gown and jewelry assistance, bridal party assistance, vendor check ins, send off coordination, and more.

The Elopement packages are fully customizable based on need!

Best Day-Of Coordination Services!

I cannot say enough about both Elizabeth and Karyn and all the help they provided throughout our wedding planning. Elizabeth and Karyn were always more than happy to meet for coffee and planning dates leading up to the big day, which was always helpful with calming my nerves (especially planning a wedding from several states away!). On the day-of, Karyn went above and beyond to ensure that my day went completely flawlessly - I still have no idea if there were any hiccups at all! I will never be able to thank her enough for being so great at her job - thank you!

She's amazing...

Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with. She is professional and thorough when it comes to her work. She worked to accommodate our needs/wishes. She was also very professional in handling the stress of our large guest count.

Amazing day of coordination!

Elizabeth and her assistant did an amazing job as our day of coordinator for our wedding. She is extremely organized, professional, and efficient. She makes sure you are prepared for your day and thinks of every last little detail. She helped to make our day run so smoothly. I felt so stress free at our wedding and was able to enjoy every last bit of it because Elizabeth had everything under control. We are so happy and thankful that we hired her. Her prices are the most reasonable. She was so easy to communicate with and is so easy to work with. I would highly recommend her and her team for anyone’s big day!

Great customer service and expert advice

Elizabeth and her team were amazing. We had monthly check-ins to assess how the planning was going. She and her team did background research and came up with plans and updates are the planning continued. She even made herself available during her much needed vacation! Karyn, our day of coordinator was exceptional. I did not have to worry about anything and she made sure I was being fed and staying hydrated during my big day. We are incredibly grateful for their support and assistance during our big day!

Highly Highly Recommend! Amazing DOC!

Highly, highly recommend!! I can't even say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and her team from the start to finish during the wedding process.

She assisted us with everything from decor suggestions, meeting us at our wedding venue months before to decide on our exact centerpieces, answering all our questions during the planning process, and of course, on the day of our wedding! We were so impressed by her professionalism, organization (her spreadsheet is awesome!) and knack for making everything go smoothly. We could not have asked for a better day of coordinator (and I feel like we got so much more from her than just a day of coordinator)!

She gave us peace of mind leading up to and the day of the wedding and she and her team executed everything so beautifully the day of from setting up decor, to coordinating with all our other vendors and even putting out fires (we had an issue with another vendor). I was so relieved that she was there all day (and during the planning process) and I had no idea there were any issues until after the wedding - she handled everything perfectly, even with the small hiccup from another vendor. Do yourself a favor and hire Elizabeth. She and her staff were wonderful, the decor was beautiful and she is great at keeping everything running smoothly. We could not have the wedding we did without her help - such a beautiful day and I'm so grateful for her and her team making it so lovely!!

Oh, and her rental business is another bonus! We rented some great pieces that added some nice final touches to our wedding day!

Choose Elizabeth!

I chose to work with a coordinator as I wanted my wedding to go smoothly and to have a professional lead the way. I am so glad that I found Elizabeth. Elizabeth was so wonderful to work with. She was able to help me coordinate my vendors, keep my timeline organized and give me pointers on the 'little things' that I had not yet considered. Elizabeth and I met a couple of times before the event, and she was very responsive to e-mail, so if I ever had a question, I would reach out.

On my wedding day, I didn't worry at all. I knew Elizabeth and her team were in charge and ready to go. They organized setup and breakdown and coordinated with the vendors; I didn't have to field any questions that day- what a gift!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Elizabeth and her team were. They put my mind at ease and the wedding was amazing!

Best Wedding Planner!!!!

Summary: Hiring Elizabeth is the best decision you’ll make for your wedding day!!!

Detailed Summary:
Where do I even begin? First of all, I can honestly say without Elizabeth, my day would not have been as much of a success. I hired Elizabeth about halfway though planning the “big stuff” (i.e. venue, photographer, videographer, DJ). Once I got those pieces finished, I realized I had no clue what I was doing and how I was going to put all of the pieces together. I thought I’d be able to get by with just a day-of coordinator, but boy was I wrong. I am someone who stresses easily, and I should have hired Elizabeth from the get go!! If you’re like me, hiring a wedding planner should be on your top 5 list of vendors to hire!

I hired Elizabeth for partial-coordination but I definitely feel like I got so much more. Elizabeth was my right hand throughout the entire process and kept me sane. You really can’t ask for more on your wedding day. She suggested so many of our vendors, all of which were amazing, and helped us to stay on budget as much as possible (I had already blown a lot of it so she did amazing with what I had given her to work with!!!).

We had monthly check ins and a worksheet I worked through detailing the entire process of Bryce and I’s wedding day. If I was missing something, she helped me work through it. Elizabeth’s calm and honest personality was so helpful, especially when I needed to be steered in the right direction.

The day of the wedding, I barely knew she was there because she let me enjoy my day and made sure it all came together without me having to worry about a thing! We did have one small hiccup, and Elizabeth came to me calmly, ordered me suggestions on how to fix it, and then got it done. Her assistant Karen hung out with my niece, the flower girl, (who is very picky about who she hangs on to) and kept her busy while we were lining up to get ready.

The wedding day went off without a hitch, and was such a blast and I give ALL the credit to Elizabeth! I truly cannot thank her enough!! I promise, she will be the best thing to happen to your wedding if you hire her! ❤️

Fantastic!!

Elizabeth was our daughter's day of wedding coordinator and we couldn't have been more pleased. She was professional, flexible, and accommodating. She was able to coordinate a high-stress venue with ease and positivity. It was a great relief to have someone there who could organize and manage the day in such a low-key and cheerful manner. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team!

Amazing DOC!

Working with Elizabeth and Karyn was a dream! From the beginning they were both very professional and made sure that everything was organized at all times. They worked a lot with us to make sure that our big day went off without a hitch. Our DJ was late and Karyn even got together a bluetooth speaker and had our entire ceremony downloaded to play just in case he was too late and we had to end up at plan B. She also set up our entire space both inside and out better than I could have ever imagined! Elizabeth and Karyn were amazing to work with and I will be recommending them to all of my bride friends, thank y'all for making our big day go so seamlessly!

Amazing DOC!!

Elizabeth was AMAZING! She was also so quick to respond and was extremely organized. She was our day of coordinator but did so much more than I expected! She was able to close up all of the loose ends of our wedding details and had a keen eye for detail.
