I'll handle the logistics so you can actually enjoy your engagement and be stress-free on your wedding day, while creating lasting memories with your partner, family, and friends.
Offering comprehensive coordination services with reasonable pricing, Caroline's expertise and thoroughness will ensure a perfectly executed wedding day, while keeping you calm and stress-free. Partial planning services including budget review, planning task timelines, monthly check-ins, and assistance finding vendors are available for couples who want some extra help with the planning process.For couples who would rather hand off their wedding planning to a pro, we offer full planning services to build your dream wedding from scratch.
All plans include complimentary use of Bluebell's inventory of specialty wedding items (signs, flower girl baskets, cake stands and toppers, and more!) Affordable centerpiece rentals are also available.

- Schedule an initial consultation - this is totally free, lasts about 20-30 minutes, and is completely no-pressure.
- If you're customizing a package or requesting add-on services, you'll get a custom pricing proposal.
- If it's a good fit, I'll send you a contract to e-sign and get a deposit - Now you're booked and your date is secure!
- Relax and cross off "Find wedding planner" from your to-do list!

She was super organized, attentive to detail, very kind and understanding, and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. My bridal party were all impressed by how smoothly everything went, and my guests are still commenting on how beautiful and fun the day was. The event coordinator at my reception venue was also very happy with how organized and well-done Caroline's documents were.
In spite of not really being a planning-type person, I planned my wedding myself. It wasn't until a couple months before the wedding date that I realized I needed help executing everything for the day-of, at least without losing my sanity. Thankfully, I came across some online forums that highly recommended getting a day-of-coordinator. I honestly didn't even know what this entailed. I reached out to Caroline, and she thankfully had availability. She provided consultations, a lovely informational sheet for the weekend's events that I could give to my bridal party and VIPs, kept contact info for all vendors, helped set up and store my fragile decorations, took care of so many tiny details, and overall took away my stress. I am truly grateful for her presence at my wedding.
