Love these caterers! We had to cancel our venue at a restaurant about 6 weeks before our wedding. We went on a search frenzy trying to find a caterer and venue last minute. We found Elite Flavors on Thumbtack and contacted them. They were very responsive and met with us right away. They even made suggestions for possible venues and set up meetings with those venues AND traveled with us to view them. Who does that?! They truly seemed to want to help us in our predicament. We finally decided to have a tent wedding at my mom's. John even helped me get a few quotes for tents. Leading up to the wedding, we stayed in contact with John about little details. When the day came, everyone loved the food! My bridal party left right after the ceremony for pictures and John sent a few trays along with us which were greatly appreciated because we were starving! During the dinner, the food was amazing! They even served me and the groom at our table even though we picked buffet style. It was a nice gesture. From everyone's comments, it seemed that the chicken, mashed potatoes, and coconut jasmine rice were the favorites! I would HIGHLY recommended this caterer!! Seriously. Stop looking. Call these guys.

I hired Mr.John Gale and his team for my wedding reception on 7.29.17; Catering for 200 guests. John delivered on three key points for me communication, price, and delivery. Whenever I needed John he was available to communicate; and trust me as a meticulous bride our contact was often. John was able to keep up with the many changes and meet up with me a few times to cement details. Price was huge for me because I was on my own financially; my budget was not generous and definitely not flexible. But my budget did not sacrifice the high quality of food (along with flatware, silverware, and beverages) that Elite Flavors Catering provided. Everything was great and my guest throughly enjoyed their meals! Which also hits my last key point of delivery. John and his team were punctual, polite, efficient, and the food was amazing. Literally everything you would hope to get from a Catering service. In summary, I would highly recommend Elite Flavors Catering! Should I have another event that would require catering services I would, with no hesitation, reach out to Mr.John Gale.

John and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were everything you could ask for in a caterer: flexible, professional, and, of course, amazing chefs! We had a few last minute hiccups/changes to our event that John and his team handled with such ease. He truly made me feel comfortable at the event and instilled in me the confidence that everything would run smoothly, and it certainly did! All of the food was absolutely delicious, the servers were incredibly engaging and fun, and the cleanup was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend Elite Flavors Catering for any event!
