Wow! Where do I begin? I had a beyond amazing experience with Eleven Courses Catering. Staci was my catering coordinator the day-of and she was FANTASTIC! She was everywhere and nowhere at the same time! She would swoop in and help and then disappear and take care of everything! She is wonderful and the best person I could ever wish for in that position. Also, the food was delicious. My favorite things were the corn bread, mac and cheese, and chicken milanese but I truly enjoyed everything. The bartender and other staff members all had such amazing attitudes and were great to work with as well. I would recommend Eleven Courses to anyone who wants a seamless wedding, wonderful food, and great people to work with!

Eleven courses made our dream wedding a reality. We were truly blown away by the hard work and dedication of the whole team. The way they went above and beyond and the attention to detail from the time we had our first consultation until the end of the night on our wedding day. They made us feel so at ease and made something that could be super stressful completely seamless. The food was some of the best food we’ve actually ever had and literally had guests calling us weeks after still raving about how amazing the food was. Anyone looking for a caterer for their wedding do yourselves a favor and give Eleven Courses a call you won’t regret it!

The food from Eleven Courses Catering for our wedding was incredible, and Jim & his team did a fantastic job! At the onset of our wedding we wanted at least one hero dish that people will talk about every time they remember our wedding and Eleven Courses exceeded expectations. The base price is very affordable and then from there add-ons that allowed you to customize premium services that are most important to you. Even with add-ons Eleven Courses was significantly cheaper than other comparable caterers and were also much better from a quality perspective, based on our tastings. We ended up getting 4 passed appetizers and 2 stationary apps, 2 meat entrees, salad, and side dishes. These included the Mini Steak House Pop Tart, Smoked Duck Tostada, "Philly" Cheese Steak Egg Roll, "Grilled Eggplant Parmesan" Tart, Mediterranean Bar, Maryland Crab Dip, Caprese Salad, Braised Short Rib, Garlic Chicken, Mac & Cheese, and Heirloom Rainbow Carrots. Our guests raved about Mini Steak House Pop Tart, "Philly" Cheese Steak Egg Roll,Maryland Crab Dip, and Braised Short Rib! Cocktail hour went great, everything was smooth, the line at the bar was minimal, and appetizers were abundant. Eleven Courses allowed us to bring our own beer and liquor (which significantly cut costs) and the winery we got married at provided the wine, but Eleven Courses provided excellent bar tenders, classic mixers, and mixers specific to our signature cocktails, which Eleven Courses executed on with ease. For dinner everything was buffet style which was great as guests were served quickly and orderly with no unnecessary downtime that allowed a maximum amount of time for dancing while still allowing everyone to eat at their own pace. The food was just as good as it was during our tastings, and it lent itself well to the buffet-style service. At no time during the reception was there a significant line at the bar, and everyone had a drink in hand. Eleven Courses made sure to take care of us during both the cocktail hour and reception, bringing us ready made plates during cocktail hour and serving us before everyone else to ensure we were able to eat while still able to maximize time with our guests. Setup and cleanup were executed flawlessly and were never disruptive to the guests, allowing us to have the most time celebrating! Jim and his team were extremely communicative during the entire process, answering a plethora of emails and calls, and worked very well with the staff at the venue. During the two-month walkthrough before the wedding Jim attended working with the venue staff to iron out any details and answering all of questions, and providing helpful advice for the logistics of the day of. Eleven Courses was incredible and we would highly recommend them for any wedding or private event!

We had the best experience with Eleven Courses. They were on time, did exactly what they said, in fact, they did more than expected. The food was perfect. I have food allergies and they were extremely careful and had a great assortment for me. We had some leftovers after the event, and we ate them all. Absolutely delicious. The team cleaned everything up afterwards and left the place in perfect condition. Everyone was professional, helpful, kind, experienced and very efficient. The event was beautiful and very low stress for me. They took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend 11 courses enough. They were in constant communication with us whenever we reached out. We had many questions and food allergies, which they handled so well. They were super creative in their dish options, and the plating was so beautiful. Guests were raving about how good the food was. PLEASE GO WITH THEM. Had such a great experience.

We had the most amazing experience with Eleven Courses for our October 12, 2025 wedding! Jim was very willing to work with us to make sure our wedding was exactly the way we wanted it, even expanding the bar package to include beers that we enjoyed and adding a third meat option for us. Braxton was AMAZING throughout the whole process but especially on the wedding day! Every time we turned around they were there with appetizers or drinks for us, they even found us outside while we were taking pictures! The food was INCREDIBLE and we would highly recommend everyone at Eleven Courses!

I cannot speak highly enough about Eleven Courses. We used them for our wedding on 4/5/25 and it was a pleasure working with them every step of the way. They are so organized, communicative, professional, and experienced. I went into the day fully knowing and trusting that they were going to execute everything as planned. They truly go above and beyond and cover every possible need you may have. On top of that, the food is amazing. Everyone said it was not only the best wedding food they have ever had, but some of the best food they have had in general. Even as a buffet, the food was comparable to eating at a fine dining restaurant. The staff for the day of were all very friendly and helpful. They ensured we had everything we needed for a next level wedding experience even though the wedding was not a venue, it was at my parent's house. It was so nice going into the day knowing they had everything covered. I got to truly enjoy my wedding because they worked so diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything came together as planned.

We were thrilled with the delicious food that Eleven Courses served at our wedding! From the appetizers to the entrees and mini desserts, everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the flavors, and we loved seeing everyone enjoy the food all night long.

Communication during the planning process was spread across several team members, which at times made it challenging to get clear answers, they were quick to respond and always resolved our questions. Their team was professional, punctual, attentive, and ensured each course flowed seamlessly. Their presence was calm and professional, which helped us feel at ease, knowing everything was handled perfectly.

Catherine the event coordinator of our wedding was outstanding. She was prompt to handle questions I had even the night before our event. The food was outstanding, and the entire staff was professional, friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Eleven Courses to anyone planning an event or wedding.

I have very high standards working in the banquet & events industry and these guys knocked it out of the park. Eleven Courses Catering was extremely professional throughout the entire planning process. They checked on me and my (now) husband throughout the evening, but what really stood out is that they were checking on our parents AND the wedding party. The food was incredible, everyone raved about the appetizers. I know it’s uncommon to see salads being eaten, but that strawberry goat cheese salad I could have made my main course meal. Everything was out in a timely manner, the drinks were stiff (but not too stiff) and everyone genuinely seemed happy to be helping us celebrate our day and making us feel special. Charging an appropriate amount AND living up to the high standard of an event planning professional is hard to come by. I would love to work with them again on any future events we have.
