We could not recommend any better caterer for your event. The cost was VERY reasonable, the food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and working with Rhonda was a dream from start to finish. You can tell that she really cares about what she does and she takes great pride in her craft. :) You won't regret working with them!!

I can't say enough good things about Saucy Salamander! From the moment we started chatting with Rhonda about possibly using them for our wedding catering, I felt taken care of. Rhonda has been in the business for decades and really knows what she's doing. From day one, she was caring, attentive, professional, creative, and always easy to reach! She went above and beyond what I would expect from a wedding caterer - helping us with rentals, floorplan, etc. We ended up hiring Rhonda for both nights of our wedding weekend (one day for a 30 person 4-course sit down dinner, the next day for 150 people stations/cocktail style) and we got SO many compliments about the food both nights! Truly delicious, plentiful, and unique!! Her staff was lovely and hard working as well!

Rhonda and her team were great from the beginning with timely communications, great advices and amazing menu options. Although our budget was limited, they went above and beyond with the food and the way it was displayed. Everything on our wedding day was perfect and according to the schedule thanks to their efforts and professionalism. Our guests really loved the food and praised the displays as well as the tables they were sitting at. Truly a wonderful team to work with. I highly recommend Saucy Salamander to anyone who wants to work with people who ease their work, not make it harder. We’re lucky we met you Rhonda! :)

Rhonda and her team were the only choice for my son and his fiance. They were their first choice and loved every meeting with Rhonda. All the correspondence, response time and follow-up were amazing. Going out of her way to make sure all the details were taken care of before and during the event... including picking up the wedding cake and gluten free desserts was above and beyond. The food was awesome and the staff excellent. Will definetly recommend Saucy Salamander!!

Rhonda and Saucy Salamander was the only choice to make for us! From start to finish Rhonda & Chef Jon made our daughters wedding absolutely perfect. Rhonda made everything so easy from picking linens, designing the set up of the venue and where things would be set up and how they would flow, she just has the magic touch. She also advised us on other vendors which was very helpful. Her staff was on point, very friendly and were happy to help us at any point with anything we needed. I can not wait to use Saucy Salamander again and would completely and highly recommend them for and special event you have planned.

We hired The Saucy Salamander to cater our daughter's wedding. Rhonda and her team were beyond excellent from start to finish! From initial contact to the final little details wrapping up after the wedding, Rhonda was on point and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we knew exactly what we needed to do during the months/weeks/days leading up to the event, coordinated rentals, and worked well with our wedding planner. We had the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors, and she and her team handled all of the logistics of moving everything from outdoors to indoors while we were in photography. The food was outstanding - all the guests raved about it! The service was on point and the servers were friendly and responsive. After all was said and done, Rhonda and her team made sure to leave the venue in better shape than we found it. We were very please and would highly recommend Rhonda and the Saucy Salamander for any event you are planning!

Rhonda Falcon and her team are fabulous! She stuck with us through our daughter's 2020 wedding postponement due to Covid, and we're so grateful she did! She made us feel like family and did her best to accommodate us and our vision. She navigated us through the menus, rentals, liquor, changing Covid restrictions, etc. and they all adapted to our rainy day wedding on 6/11/21. Everything looked beautiful and the food was delicious! - some guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Highly recommend.

We got married 6/11/21 and with the help of Rhonda and her team, had the best day ever! She worked with us right up until wedding day because their was rain in the forecast and made sure we were prepared for an indoor and outdoor wedding. Rhonda and her team were so pleasant to work with and really made us feel like family on wedding day and during the entire planning period. I would 100% recommend Saucy Salamander to cater your next event!

Even with the craziness of a COVID-19 wedding, Saucy Salamander was SO simple and easy to work with! After a quick discussion about what we were looking for, Rhonda put together a delicious and well-rounded brunch menu that perfectly suited our needs for our socially distant backyard wedding reception. From the bite-sized mini quiches to the smoked salmon pinwheels, everyone raved about the food. We even took the leftovers with us on our honeymoon and had them for dinner the day after the wedding! Saucy Salamander's team made a very stressful piece of wedding planning smooth and painless from start to finish. The value for the food and the quality of service is very high. 10/10, one of our favorite wedding vendors. We will be recommending them to our friends for years to come!

There aren't enough words I could say to rightfully express how wonderful Rhonda, and the whole Saucy Salamander team are. Rhonda thoughtfully and kindly spent so much effort and time checking in with me throughout planning our wedding during the pandemic. She was so compassionate and brought me a lot of comfort. We had our very small wedding ceremony in August. They were so accommodating and served our wedding menu on a smaller scale for just our family. They went above and beyond to make our reception perfect! Our 150 person wedding celebration is pushed to next year and I can't wait to have Saucy Salamander cater again! They're prices amazing for how high the caliber of food and service is! I will always use Rhonda and her team for my events!

Rhonda and her team were amazing. She helped me and my husband navigate having to reschedule our wedding due to COVID. She was always available to answer every email and call I made. The wedding day was perfect; even though we ended up with about half of our original guest count, the team did everything to make it surpass my expectations. We did not hire a wedding planner and really had no need to due to Rhonda’s diligence and efficiency. I would use this company for any event in the future.
