Duckys is a staple in DeKalb and for good reason! They did a great job of taking measurements and making sure everyone would look good. She asked me what the color of my dress was so the groomsmen wouldn't stand out too much against me. Wonderful service and easy to use!

I loved my husbands tux. it fit like a glove and he looked amazing in it. The colors matched everything just perfectly,and there prices are vary resonalbe!!

They had the perfect gray suits for my groomsmen. Really good quality!

I used duckys for tuxes for the groom and groomsmen, as well as for alterations for my wedding dress and matron of honors dress. Overall the staff was very helpful. On our first visit, the groom and I spent almost 2 hours trying on different outfits for him and the groomsmen. The staff was super patient and helpful. On a few occasions some staff members seemed less friendly and only showed an interest in helping once they knew why I was there. I have no complaints about fit or look for any of the guys tuxes. I feel the value was very good as they offer good discounts for bridal parties. I was slightly less satisfied with the alterations department. The seamstress often made it seem like she had better things to do than to deal with customers. The seamstress wanted me to tell her what to do with the dress instead of her looking at the dress and giving suggestions of what should be done. Maybe this is how all alterations places are, but the attitude just seemed off putting. Despite the minor things I did not like, I would still recommend Ducky's to others.

Please pick another place... ANY other place if you want your wedding to run smoothly.

In short, I'd rather spend a little more at a place that has their stuff together.  If you are going here for a wedding, please look at other options. Your bridal party will be FAR better with just about any other option.

My experience was with a tux.  These guys have no clue how to plan. Everything they do is handwritten. If they can't read another person's handwriting there are bound to be mistakes. They don't stock enough accessories, so if you decide that you may need something at your final fitting, which will be the DAY BEFORE your event, you'll have to go somewhere else. Again, the final fitting will be the day before your event. I asked at my initial fitting when their second fitting would be, in case there were problems. I got that "deer in headlights" look and was told about their policy. So, if there's a mistake (which is likely) you're at the mercy of their inventory (which sucks). 

Odd mistakes are not rare. Many names were misspelled, in spite of the fact that due to the lack of technology in the place it would be impossible for there to be a “typo”. Other, more encumbering mistakes were made. Many tuxedos were improperly sized. Someone had pants that were hemmed to different leg lengths on each side. Not all of the tuxedos that had bow ties came with studs. People were constantly talked out of suspenders, and those that insisted on getting suspenders were not able to get them on the day of pickup.
