I simply cannot express my gratitude more for Maddie and her team at DMV Weddings and Events. We used her day-of wedding coordination services that began about 60 days prior to our wedding. We additionally added on bridal suite styling and content creation from her offerings. If you are getting married at Springfield Manor specifically, look no further than Maddie and her team as this venue is their bread and butter. Maddie is an absolute rock star and is so fantastic at what she does. Maddie helped us with our timeline, communication with vendors, decor organization, and overall vision expectations. It was really important to me to hire someone for our wedding day that completely ran the show and was bride and groom focused, and she met those expectations tenfold. Leading up to the wedding, so many people asked me "are you stressed at all?" and to their surprise my answer was consistently "no" because my wedding planner had my back. On wedding day, there was a slight hiccup about an item for the bar that was unaccounted for, and without hesitation Maddie simply said "I'm on it". Our decor came out beautiful and the details were perfection. Holly was also a joy to work with on wedding day as Maddie's assistant and clearly loves what she does. Additionally, if you do not have a videographer and are looking for an affordable way to add on content creation, Rachel was an absolute gem. She created perfectly crafted short videos that felt like mini trailers for our wedding day and also provided all of the raw footage. We were also mic'ed up for our vows as it was important to us to capture those words forever. We have footage from her the very next day!!!

Overall, I cannot recommend Maddie and her team more.

Maddie and her team were so amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone! She helped so much in ensuring everything went according to plan. We had some communication issues with our catering team, but Maddie made sure that everything was correct come the wedding day, and it was. She was always just a text away. We did not have a walk through with our venue, so it was difficult for me to picture everything set up. I provided photos for some decor, but Maddie and her team exceeded my expectations with the set up of everything. She was very communicative the whole day, was constantly there with a full glass of water, and never stopped checking in on us. She even bustled my dress after the ceremony! Her and her team were extremely quick in getting everything packed up for the end of the night, and helped make sure everything made it to where it needed to go. Looking back, I do not know how we could have done that without Maddie and her team but I am SO glad that we didn't have to! We are beyond grateful, and can't recommend DMV Wedding and Events enough!

We did not have a florist and Maddie and her team took all our decor visions and brought them to life. Before our two months check in, Maddie helped us track down a nonresponsive vendor and helped ease our anxiety. After the two month check in, we could easily schedule as many meetings as we needed with her through the DMV Wedding & Events website.

We got married at Springfield Manor and Maddie’s experience at the venue was knowledgeable. Maddie helped things feel stress-free and moving forward, even if it wasn’t actually stress free due to the impending rain.

Maddie and her team were the absolute best! She found the perfect team of vendors, worked with me on all of my ideas no matter how cray or silly, and helped give us the fairy tale wedding I’d always dreamed of!

As a disabled bride, I don’t deal with stress well, and anytime I was overwhelmed Maddie was able to step in and help any issue at hand. The day of the wedding: she made sure there were chairs and stools for me at every stage, made sure I had food and water whenever I needed and encouraged rest to help pace myself.

Going into this process, I was worried no one would be able to properly execute my visions. I had big dreams for my wedding, a very short timeline, and many chaotic things going on in the background that made it difficult to remain on task.

I can confidently say Maddie and her team exceeded all of my wildest expectations. I still can’t believe how perfect the day was and how incredibly everything came together! I could not be more pleased with my happily ever after thanks to these wonderful women.

Literally, a dream team. Maddie, Nina, and Abby made all things wedding planning, coordinating, and executing so easy for me, my now husband, and our loved ones. I consider myself a decisive person but found myself unable to make decisions about the wedding, but Maddie swept in and handled everything so I had no worries. My day of point people ensured everything was taken care of, and pivoted quickly when we needed it. I was literally greeted at the venue with a drink and a smile! I will forever remember Maddie and her team as integral to my perfect wedding day. Hire this team!
