About Us

Romy Nunez a.k.a. DJ Romy, has been DJing since 2012. His passion for music combined with his ability to read a crowd make him an excellent choice for any event. Romy began his DJ career, doing local private events, and local bars and clubs. After attending a friend's wedding, he decided to shift his focus to helping couples put together their dream wedding. Today, DJ Romy Entertainment provides Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception sound, lighting, photobooths and special effects for any wedding. Our goal from the first consultation, is to make your experience with us not only easy, but one that your guests will be talking about for years to come!

Best DJ in the area!

DJ Romy was our wedding DJ and he did a fantastic job! He was very easy to work with, flexible even when we took forever to select our song choices, and our guests all had an amazing time. He also MC'd the wedding flawlessly. Would recommend his services to anyone hosting an important event!

Best DJ/MC Ever!

DJRomy was the best vendor to hire for our wedding. He has the best disposition and demeanor!! He took all of our family suggestions and requests and made the reception music and speeches absolutely seamless. He was very flexible and helpful with the best recommendations to iron out every detail. He is very organized and efficient. His music genre spans accross many types and styles- he played Latin and Arabic hits to really get our guests jumping! The dancing on a cloud and custom monogram add ons were very impressive!! The fact that he can also do lighting, made this vendor a one stop success. I highly suggest booking DjRomy for your next event, you will absolutely not regret it!

The best wedding DJ

DJ Romy was amazing from start to finish, providing expert planning, the highest level of professionalism, and the best mixing and emceeing in the area. His cool and calm demeanor is welcome during stressful event planning and he’s great at both taking the lead and taking direction. His platform is super easy to use and he’ll make sure to play all of your favorites while expertly reading the crowd and playing the best mix to keep the dance floor full and everyone happy. We’re so glad we chose DJ Romy and can’t recommend him highly enough,

Book him you won’t regret it!!!

We booked DJ Romy for our wedding and then unfortunately had cancel due to a death in the family that changed our plans. DJ Romy during that time was very professional and understanding about the situation. He came highly recommended and when we figured out how and when we wanted to celebrate we tried to rebook. Although he wasn’t available on our new date, he recommended DJ Carlos who works with him and we were more than happy.

DJ Carlos did a fantastic job in playing the exact music we were looking for. We did add songs/a playlist to give him an idea and he delivered a great mix of Spanish and English songs. He also did a great job announcing in both Spanish and English. We were very happy with services and communication we received leading up to the big day.

Nothing but positive

I have nothing but good things to say about DJ Romy. He was attentive, organized, professional, and knew how to read a room musically. The timing of all the entrance/exit songs were spot on and the dance floor was packed from the beginning to the absolute end. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I couldn’t recommend Romy enough!

Fantastic DJ!

DJ Romy was such a joy to have as a part of our wedding! He is very communicative, a great personality, and has great music taste. Aside from music, his equipment was very helpful - he was able to mic up our cellist and officiant, have a microphone handy for speeches, and provided great customized lighting for the dance floor. Would highly recommend!

Great DJ and MC for Wedding Reception!

During an initial consultation/call with Romy over Skype, he asked us our music likes/dislikes while getting to know our story and vibe of our reception. Once we had agreed he was a good match for our reception, he sent over a contract shortly after. The deposit was easy to make with a variety of payment methods. He sent us an app which allowed my fiancé and me (separately) to add songs and reception schedule as well as songs we absolutely did not want to play. The app was easy to figure out and nice that it was all in one place when we went to talk for a final skype call before the event. During our reception, we felt comfortable asking for changes as needed and Romy checked in with us as needed. Overall a great night and awesome music. The silver package included lights and multiple speakers, so we were able to hear music in pretty much all of the castle grounds where guests were. The lights were perfect for the dance floor.

We absolutely loved DJ Romy!

We made the best choice going with DJ Romy for our wedding! He was incredible to work with - responsive, friendly, and organized. He is clearly an industry professional. We didn't have to worry about a thing day-of and most importantly, he kept the dance floor packed! We had so many of our guests tell us what an awesome job he did. During the planning process, he shares a portal where you can add in your day-of details and song choices, which made the process simple and seamless. If you are looking for a DJ, look no further!

Dj romy rocks!

DJ Romy put on a fantastic show for our wedding. When planning of our wedding, he listened to what our vision of how we wanted the mood and ambiance of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Both of us had very different tastes in music (rock vs. reggae), and DJ Romy was able to find the right mix that blended both together well. And when the dancing started, he put on a set that was fantastic! We 100% RECOMMEND DJ Romy to any wedding couple.

Choose him with no hesitation!

If you are looking for a DJ to liven the atmosphere of your wedding, do not look any further than Heiromy. He was phenomenal. In addition to his professional communication, timeliness, guidance and recommendations, Romy allowed us the flexibility of being able to choose as many or as little songs for our playlist as possible. He was able to get the party started and worked with our photographer and venue to make sure that the ambience was just perfect. Do not hesitate. You will NOT regret choosing him as your DJ! We absolutely recommend him without any reservations. Thank you Romy!!
