I feel so lucky and honored to have gotten to work with Tiptop Focus as my wedding videographer! Getting married during a pandemic is emotional, exhausting, and stressful; however, when it came to videos and photography, I knew I didn’t need to stress. Michael went out of his way to be flexible, courteous, understanding and supportive of however our day needed to shift and adjust. Not knowing what to expect, Michael kept us at ease with his extreme professionalism, great instruction/prompting, and calm low-key vibe. His style truly captured the beauty and authenticity of the day. I received so many comments from family and friends that the highlight video allowed them to feel like they were with us experiencing the day too. Stunning and so beautifully edited. I can’t believe the moments they were able to capture. Many endearing moments we never realized had happened until watching the highlight back. It really was such a pleasure having Michael and his brother James capture our day. Not only are they incredibly talented but just overall nice people- honestly exactly what any bride would hope for in a vendor. I also can’t believe how quickly we received the finished video! We literally can’t recommend Tiptop Focus enough and would use them again in a heartbeat!!!!

What an amazing vendor. So kind, professional and was open to doing a few more shots even when the time was up! We went with their videography service but ended up getting more than just a video. We received a breathtaking highlight video that made every viewer feel like they were at the wedding. You can see the love, feel the happiness and joy. Tiptop also did a live stream due to Covid for our friends and family who couldn’t be there. We also received amazing photos that captured both candid and poised, yet naturally beautiful moments. Tiptop went above and beyond any expectation that I had and I’m so incredibly happy with their service and their art.

We had to make numerous changes due to COVID and planned our wedding in less than a month. We modified it to a micro-wedding with just immediate family--all flying in to DC so our elder parents did not have to travel. We discovered Tiptop Focus Photography & Videography and were very impressed with their laid-back and flexible attitude (which is needed for a wedding and during COVID), professionalism, affordability, and adaptability. Since we were not having a reception, we wanted to take pre-wedding photos around the DC Mall area. Michael and James were great in telling us the best time and location for a sunrise photo shoot. They were also great at the wedding. Got plenty of shots yet did not feel in the way. The short and long version videos that they produced and edited were AMAZING!! I have had the pleasure of working with Michael on two weddings, the second of which was my own. My wedding was January 2020, and I planned it by myself, in three months, while pregnant AND moving! As such, I chose vendors that I knew would make my day seamless. Michael and his team went above and beyond with my needs for photography and videography. Tiptop Focus is professional, timely, has great communication, and last but certainly not least, is AMAZING when it comes to their craft. My husband and I were blown away by our wedding highlight video, and then blown away again when we received our wedding photos. They captured the beauty of our wedding day PERFECTLY. So many of our guests have requested their information for their events because they loved our photos and highlight video so much. The best thing about Michael and his team is that they are naturals, and captured details I didn't even think of myself. Michael Filmed our wedding on May 26,2017. He did such an amzazing job! From the beginning Michael was very professional. We booked Michael about 6 months prior to the wedding day and He kept in contact with us to make sure everything was all set up until the wedding day. Wedding day he was on-time and again very professional. We got our highlight video back in a timely manner and we were very sastfied with it. You can tell he put a lot of time and effort into the filming and editing. The final product was REMARKABLE! He captured all of the special moments and if you weren't at the wedding you would definitely feel like you were just by watching the highlight video.
