We had an amazing experience with Leslie, she played amazing music, kept our crowd engaged, and she was so accommodating with any song request we had beforehand. We had tons of people come up to us after our wedding and tell us how great our DJ was. I would hire her again and again! She made it so no one ever wanted to leave the dance floor!

Leslie was recommended by our photographer and we are so happy we were able to have her be part of our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! Not only was she able to easily wrangle our rowdy bunch of guests, she played an awesome variety of music to keep everyone dancing. She was even able to get my brother on the dance floor (and he never dances!). She was flexible and very helpful during the planning process and I loved the Google doc she send out to help with music decision making. She also took time to edit the ceremony music to a more suitable “walking speed.” Our event wouldn’t have been the same without her. If you’re looking for a professional and talented DJ to keep people dancing, look no further!

DJ-LA was amazing to work with during the wedding planning process and made our reception so much more enjoyable with the music played. Our wedding was during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and DJ-LA was extremely flexible, tended to our needs, and was receptive to many changes that occurred leading up to the big day. DJ-LA spent extra time prior to the event making sure we knew what to expect. We also created several playlists, and they played exactly what we wanted. For the ceremony, they were able to create excellent sound quality for our outdoor event, which included a singer with a guitar. They were also available in ample time for rehearsal and sound check before the wedding guests arrived. Despite the wind, the quality was outstanding. We especially liked how they were able to be flexible and adapt to the fluidity we needed. During the dancing portion of our wedding, the song choices were perfect! We also played the wedding shoe game, and her commentary helped with the humor of the game . DJ-LA was professional in every sense of the word. Two weeks later we went to another event with sound provided by another vendor. After seeing what mishaps could happen, we were affirmed with our choice with DJ-LA. We’d choose them a million times over.

I have had the pleasure of working with Leslie & DJLA Events on a number of occasions & this one was extra special because it was my wedding! Covid really worked us over from our original plan, but Leslie was so ready to adapt & adjust & adapt again and again! This whole weekend was so perfect & so much of that is because of the energy that Leslie brings to all of her events - honestly this day could not have been any better. I’m so grateful ♥️

DJLA was excellent. She provided the sound and music for our outdoor wedding and for the reception. She collected detailed information on what music we wanted before the wedding and she did a great job choosing music for the reception. She was a wonderful MC during the reception. I would recommend her for any occasion.

We had such a wonderful time working with DJ-LA throughout our entire planning process. She was proactive, well organized and quick to respond to all of our questions. She provided us with a very detailed and all encompassing planning document that helped guide and keep us on track, from welcome music for our guests all the way through our final send-off. She kept everyone on the dance floor the entire day and we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the DJ! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would certainly recommend (and choose again, ourselves) DJ-LA for any event, wedding or otherwise!

DJ LA was 1 aspect of my wedding that was SUPER EASY! Also, everyone loved her which made the evening even better. Extremely professional, organized, and FUN! She knows her music as well... you can tell she is passionate about her job.

DJ-LA was the best DJ we could have hired for our wedding! Honestly, I was a little nervous about picking a DJ because there are so many really cheesy ones out there. I didn’t want my DJ to look like they doubled as a street magician. DJ-LA was professional and so easy to communicate with. She kept the party going and the night on schedule. When she gave instructions or got the crowd involved, she was clear and made us a laugh a few times! We are so glad we went with her. Highly recommend!
