Diane went above and beyond our expectations. Our daughters wedding day was flawlessly executed and allowed us to enjoy the experience without stress. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Dianne has so much experience with events and weddings she took me by the hand and made my dreams come true leading up and day of for my wedding. We did a destination wedding and she traveled up to the venue with me multiple times to perfect and go over things with my husband and I. I could not love her more.

I talked with Diane 3 months before my wedding.
She asked me what needed & what wanted her to do. Within the first day of meeting her & seeing how dedicated she was as to helping me I knew I needed this woman in my life! Diane was right away on it. She gathered all my information from vendors, decorations, dinner and so on that week of meeting. She even asked me things that I didn't even think about for my wedding day! I had a backyard wedding by the way and she made sure to ask about lighting, electricity, bathrooms & parking. Things I forgot to think about! So we worked together on those things. If I didn't know of something Diane was there to give her best advice. The friendliest, kindest, funnest & the most amazing person ever. Remind you she did all of that 3 months before the big day... to say she didn't meet my expectations I'd be lying. I hired Diane for my own wedding over 2 years ago and was so impressed I hired her again to help plan my step-daughter's wedding. I did not worry about a single thing at my wedding at it was more fabulous than I could have dreamed of. Diane took my ideas and my vision and ran with it. At my step-daughter's wedding, there were a couple little snafus that occurred - no one noticed a thing! Diane handled everything immediately and professionally and the bride didn't even notice. She has great ideas, can keep calm in any situation, and knows what she is doing! I will be hiring her again in the future - highly recommended!

After taking the advice of many married friends and relatives who said we needed to hire a coordinator, we decided to chat with Diane about her services. From the first phone conversation, I knew we would get along great, she was so fun and personable! Our wedding took place at a Ranch about an hour from town on dirt roads with absolutely no cell service. While I thought this meant things would be simple, it turns out more coordinating and planning was needed. That's where Diane's expertise was so necessary. She understood our vision and knew exactly when we should be getting every detail done. We felt so prepared and relaxed when the weekend actually came because we had planned every detail that Diane suggested. When our weekend arrived, Diane was a hit, we received compliments on her people management skills from all of our guests. She had my cousins stringing lights, aunt's decorating tables, and did so much coordinating behind the scenes all with a smile on her face. I couldn't recommend her services more!

When planning our daughter’s wedding, I wasn’t sure we needed a wedding planner, but thought a Day of Coordinator would be nice to be able to enjoy that day. After speaking with Diane, my daughter and I both realized there were so many things we hadn’t even thought about that we needed to be on top of months ahead of the wedding. Keeping track of all those little details can be overwhelming. We decided to go with a little more than the Day of Coordinator and purchased Diane’s Partial Planning. Diane was fantastic! She had several phone meetings with our daughter and her fiancé throughout the 7 months prior to the wedding. She shared her notes with all of us indicating the follow-up items needed to keep everything on track. Since the wedding was in a remote location, Diane was there for the entire weekend, from Friday’s rehearsal through the late-night Saturday reception. She made sure everything was in place and looked fantastic. She didn’t hesitate to ask for volunteers from stringing lights and setting up tables and chairs to doing the table centerpieces and place settings at the tables. As everyone says, something will go wrong or not as planned. Ours was a trip down the mountain Friday night taking my 88-year-old Mother to the ER. When I returned Saturday morning after a very short night, there was a buzz of activity. Diane was directing everything and told me I could take it easy, relax and spend time with my daughter. She really helped my stress level knowing she knew exactly what needed to be done and what we wanted. Diane had everything under control, the wedding started on time and everything looked beautiful. I highly recommend Diane!

What can I say, Diane was fantastic! At our first meeting with Diane, I knew she was the right person to help coordinate and decorate for my daughter's wedding. She gave great advice on many things that we had not even thought about. We had planned on doing the day of coordinating and decorating ourselves to save money, but quickly found it was overwhelming. Diane was more then reasonable on pricing. I was able to rent some things from her cheaper then the rental places, she gave advice on ways to save costs and which things to prioritize. She decorated the sweetheart table, bridal party tables, cake table....the entire front of The Grove ballroom. Diane create the most beautiful backdrop, many people commented that it looked like something on Pinterest! Diane coordinated the reception with all the vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly. Diane has a fantastic energy and was so positive and calming thru this whole experience! She was a true professional and adjusted when things didn't go quite as planned. Diane IS the best Wedding coordinator and decorator in Idaho!

As a nervous person, Diane did everything in her power to make the day go smooth! I didn't have to worry about anything. Her decorating was beautiful and her attention for detail was impeccable! I'd recommend her to anyone!

Diane is nothing short of incredible! I thought I could do everything for my wedding on my own but once I met Diane I knew I needed her! She knows what she is doing and is extremely good at her job. She will make sure everything you want gets taken care of, and she’ll also take care of things that you didn’t even know you needed. The weeks leading up to our wedding were crazy, and it was so nice to have Diane to go to with any questions I had or help I needed. I don’t even have the words to describe how much she helped on our wedding day, all I can say is the wedding would’ve been much more stressful, hectic, and not what I wanted if she wasn’t there. All of my family and friends told me how amazing Diane was and how nice it was to have such a personable person that we could go to with anything. She is genuine, understanding, and cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Diane!

Diane was always quick to respond and maintained a professional and warm demeanor throughout our interactions. Even when we were panicking about something or other, Diane kept calm and was patient as we worked through everything! On the day of the wedding, she was everywhere we needed her, and she and her team helped make the wedding go off without a single hitch!
