Sound Wave exists to make sure that every event we touch gets someone who deeply cares about throwing amazing parties. Whether its a DJ who can read a crowd better than anyone, a photo booth that lets laughter light up a room, or beautiful lighting and dance floors that can transform a venue - we've gotchu. Every event is so unique and personal to the individual, so every detail counts! We are passionate about our company, clients, and those we work with at events. For us, it is honestly more than just parties - it is about lasting relationships and creating opportunities for people to celebrate the most important moments in life.
OUR SERVICES:
- DJ: With 2 DJs at every event we DJ, you can rest assured that your wedding is going to be stress free, seamless, and most of all, FUN! You get to meet your actual DJ before you book and meet again before your wedding to talk about music, timeline, and special activities you would like to include. We will make announcements, coordinate special activities with your vendors and wedding party, and make sure everyone leaves your wedding talking about what a blast it was!
- Photo Booth: Nothing can beat the memories that are made in a photo booth! We have tons of options available to make the experience your own and always have an attendant on site to make sure everyone is involved and having fun. Bonus - you get a digital copy of all the photos after your wedding! (did someone say blackmail?!)
- Dance Floors: Have a venue that needs a dance floor or looking for something more modern than the standard wood floor? We have you covered! Our pricing has delivery, set up, and take down included so the process is super easy for you.
- Event Lighting: Lighting can go a long way transform a space and set the mood for a great evening of fun. We have professional designers on staff who can help take your wedding to the next level.
- Custom Work: Some people call us the walking Pinterest board because we have the ability to create many unique and beautiful things! We can help with signs, shade structures, arch structures, classy stages, vinyl monograms and so much more. Have an idea? Let's chat!
Last but certainly not least, we have a full time support staff at the Sound Wave office to help you all through the planning process. We answer the phone, reply to emails, and are here to make sure you have a great experience from start to finish. (Office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm as our team is out at events all weekend!)

Lani was an absolute joy to work with—her attention to detail and great communcation made everything feel organized and stress-free.
The team’s communication leading up to the event was top-notch, and their attention to our specific needs made us feel completely supported. They really took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and turned it into reality with a sound and lighting experience that was nothing short of magical.

As far as we are concerned, our wedding was PERFECT and the DJs were a huge part of that. Carson and the other DJ (don't remember their name but I do know they were smiling the whole time!) both looked like they were really enjoying themselves and that makes us super happy. They absolutely kah-RUSHED it with the music--they took our playlist suggestions and ran with them, adding their own flavor and totally playing to the vibe of the evening. Everyone had an amazing time dancing--my only complaint is that it didn't last longer!!!!!!!
Lastly, thank YOU Lani [the client coordinator] for your enthusiasm, brightness, and thoroughness throughout this process! You are killing it--perfect personality for the job.
