Wow! I could not speak higher of this company. From the moment we contacted them, to the moment our event was finished, they proved why they are the best in Boise. Lani was so kind and responsive! She checked in and communicated with us throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. Ricky was our DJ, he really listened to our wants/needs and made our event the party we were hoping for! On top of this he was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. Our second DJ, Kim, was so sweet and even sent me some pictures/videos she took. These people truly care about making your event perfect. It was worth every penny spent! -

Our wedding music experience with Soundwave was fantastic! From the Events Coordinator, Lani, to our DJ, Ricky, everyone was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure the planning went smoothly and our wedding day ran seamlessly. The dance floor was packed all night and DJ Ricky knew exactly what to play to keep energy high. We got countless compliments from guests on how fun the dance floor was. We were so happy how the evening turned out and highly recommend Soundwave! -

SO AWESOME. Here is the thank you we sent to Soundwave after they DJ'd our wedding (to which I would also add that the event was seamless thanks to the DJs MC-ing):
"Haley and I just want to say THANK YOU to the soundwave team and our AWESOME DJs for a super fun event!!!
As far as we are concerned, our wedding was PERFECT and the DJs were a huge part of that. Carson and the other DJ (don't remember their name but I do know they were smiling the whole time!) both looked like they were really enjoying themselves and that makes us super happy. They absolutely kah-RUSHED it with the music--they took our playlist suggestions and ran with them, adding their own flavor and totally playing to the vibe of the evening. Everyone had an amazing time dancing--my only complaint is that it didn't last longer!!!!!!!
Lastly, thank YOU Lani [the client coordinator] for your enthusiasm, brightness, and thoroughness throughout this process! You are killing it--perfect personality for the job.

We absolutely loved working with Sound Wave for our June 2022 wedding! Lani was SO sweet and responsive. She kept us up to date and organized during every step of the the planning process. Isa and Tyler were the DJs for our wedding, and they absolutely crushed it. We are still getting comments from our guests about how well they did! The vibes were immaculate, from ceremony, to cocktail hour, all the way through our last dance. We would hire Sound Wave again in a heartbeat!! -

Sound Wave Events & Cesar, our DJ, were FANTASTIC to work with! Hiring them for our daughter's wedding may have been the best decision we made - and we made a lot. Our meetings with Cesar put us at ease & helped us with SO many details, many we wouldn't have thought of - we even ended up hiring them to do the lighting and that was a load off our hands. I wasn't sure about the necessity of having two DJs but turns out it made a huge difference - made things go smoothly, no gaps in music or announcements. It was perfect. Sound Wave was very quick to respond to questions and provided good suggestions as we planned everything out with them. They have experienced professionals who really know how to throw a fun party. They knew exactly what the bride & groom wanted and delivered, 100%! It was money well spent and I highly recommend them. -

Sound Wave DJ's did me and my sister's weddings. I had Carson and Isa. I couldn't imagine having anyone else there. The made the night flow so smoothly and helped the guests have a blast! -

The best!
The ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Seriously. They actually listened to my requests and fulfilled them. They heard me. They completely blew my mind. During this difficult time, they really delivered on every level of expectation. Everyone at our event was impressed by their dedication to ensure a great time was had by all!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! -

Shannon Sent on 07/15/2015Sound Wave is amazing! Kristin is wonderful to work with! She goes above and beyond to make sure that your wedding day is perfect! Chad is very laid back and easy to work with! He played all of the songs that we requested and he was able to keep people on the dance floor all night long, with his own song selections! He was great!! :) Not only did Sound Wave impress at our wedding, but they did just as awesome at my friend's wedding, two weeks later! You will not regret booking them for your DJ service!!
Also, their starlight dance floor is BEAUTIFUL! It was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding! Everyone wanted to dance on it, it added a lot to the decor, and it made the first dance pictures look gorgeous!
I highly recommend Sound Wave!! (and their dance floor!!)

We couldn't be more thrilled with Sound Wave! From all the planning, the flexibility due to COVID, and the day of, everything was seamless! Lenny was our DJ and we had an absolute blast with him. There was someone on the dance floor the entire night and Lenny did a great job keeping the momentum of the night going. We also got tons of compliments about the DJs from our guests during and after the wedding. I couldn't recommend Sound Wave enough! -

I am so happy I went with Soundwave as our DJ. We had Talon who was a blast. Our group of people weren't much of dancers, bridge and groom included, and by the end of the night and with our trusy friend Mr. Open Bar, we were all out dancing having a good time! Seriously, my husband and I went into the venue that morning like 'we only have to do two dances' and we somehow ended up giving each other lap dances and closing out the venue! It was such a blast! Talon worked some serious magic. On top of that, their whole planning team was so easy to work with. With good ol' covid19, we couldn't do in person meetings for a while but they helped us do phone meetings, even with our horrible schedule, they made it work. It was so easy to book and plan with them and Talon kept the reception running smoothly and on schedule! Thank you so much! -

DJ Nate made the party happen!!
We can not recommend Sound Wave Events enough!! Planning a wedding isn’t always the easiest but when it came to planning this part of the day with them, from all the zoom calls to the actual day, it was nothing short of amazing! We were lucky enough to have Nate as our DJ; he was awesome! He was so knowledgeable in not only what music to play for each part of the day, but he also knew exactly how the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception should run. Oh and everyone danced!! That was a huge priority for us; make the dance floor packed and he did just that. He was THE best! The moment we contacted Sound Wave Events to be our DJ’s, I knew we were in great hands. If you want your wedding day to feel like a dream mixed with the best party ever, definitely use them!! -

We are SO SO SO happy that we booked with Sound Wave for our wedding. Our DJ's were awesome and Cesar walked us through everything so perfectly and the outcome was seamless. He was so flexible with anything we wanted to do and/or change and he quickly picked up on the vibe we wanted on the dance floor. My guests and I didn't want to leave the dance floor, we had so much fun! If you're looking for an affordable, high quality company to work with for your event or wedding, I highly recommend Sound Wave. You won't regret it!
