Absolutely perfect! Beautiful venue, excellent catering, staff very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have to worry about anything.

Rachelle was great, fun to work with, and easy going. We were invited to several food tastings/vender shows, and were able to get a good feel for what we could expect on our wedding day. The Adelmann is a beautiful venue in the heart of downtown Boise! All of our guests thought it was the perfect place for our wedding!

I had both my ceremony and reception at the Adelmann, they were also my caterer. Everything was wonderful and ran smoothly. The food was delicious and they were flexible with my requests.

The Adelmann is simply a gorgeous venue and was our first choice when we were looking. The building has its own charm and you can't beat their awesome bar! The staff is very helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed working with Emily and she took the time to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. Despite a few hiccups, The Adelmann quickly rectified the issue, but it definitely did not distract from our awesome wedding. The catering is incredible and our guests are still raving about the food! We also really appreciated that The Adelmann hosts frequent tasting events so you're able to try a variety of their food & wine before you prepare your own wedding menu. Overall, we would definitely recommend this venue. Thank you so much!

The Adelmann helped to make my wedding perfect! Emily was a JOY to work with. She did everything she could to take away the stress of the day. There was no event the night before our wedding, so she let us come in the day before to set up as much as we could early. She had some excellent recommendations for how to help the evening transition smoothly. We had only our reception at the Adelmann, so we used the same room for dinner and dancing. After everyone ate and the toasts were given, her crew seamlessly broke down some tables as our guests refreshed their drinks and got ready for dancing.
The food was INCREDIBLE! We were so thankful that we actually got a chance to eat!
I never felt like the Adelmann was trying to "nickel and dime" me or upsell our decisions. I highly recommend this venue.

We loved this venue for our wedding and had a great time. They delivered on everything promised and were very helpful with some of the special needs we had. Everything was delivered as promised and we had countless compliments on what a great venue it was. The only thing was that at times it was hard to get prompt communication, although we also understand it is the holiday season and thus a busier time of year. If we have cause in the future we will absolutely use this venue again.

The venue was beautiful! Our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted. The venue has a great tuscan feel to it. The only issues that came up were we got stuck in between transition of managers so there were a few issues with being able to taste the food and being notified when the tastings were, but we were able to do a private tasting and everything worked out. The food was amazing and it was beautiful! The Adelmann is a beautiful place to do an event and the owner Karen is awesome!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Adelmann and very happy that we did. Among other venues in the valley it was a fairly competitive price. We had our ceremony on a Sunday and had a smaller crowd (~50 guests including wedding party). We were able to have a practice reception AT the Adelmann which was very convenient. This location does not have a very easy "get ready" room however that did not impede on our plans at all, most can do without and we did. We had numerous compliments from our guests about the venue's appearance and staff's positive attitudes. The colors and lighting of the Adelmann melded well with our colors of Champagne and Tiffany Blue. The lighting in the summer afternoon can be harsh on some pictures but we managed. The Bartender was great and the staff was wonderful in the transition and clean up of their stuff. I was able to get things done from staff members if I needed anything. We chose not to include the second room and very glad we made that decision. It would have spread out our few guests too much. We had an outside DJ and it would have made things difficult with the second room.

My only look back and recommendations is to make yourselves more readily available, often times it took a day or two to reach out to the general manager and get a reply back. Also consider allowing outside catering for less of a fee. We enjoyed our dish that we had, and had good compliments on the taste but allowing outside catering would let couples choose more of their favorite dishes to have at their own wedding. I understand that's a large part of the income from having a chef on site but it diminishes couples choices on food that they may like as opposed to his cooking style as well as help with couple's budgets.

I worked primarily with Emily and she is a wonderful coordinator and worked with us the entire time on budget and planning.
