WEEKEND EVENT PACKAGE: ($1,400)

THE SPRING HOUSE -NO PACKAGE ($1,100)

• Includes The Spring House Event Center for 24 hours (choose start time)
• Includes Private Grounds (1pm until noon the next day)
• Available anytime during the off season (Nov thru April) or midweek during peak season (May thru October).
• Choose your start time.

HOURLY RATES:

• Hourly rental is only available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from May through October. (If your Event is less than 30 days away, call our office to check for hourly availability. There may be more options if we have had cancellations.)
• Hourly rental is available anytime from November to April.

The Guest House is directly next door to the Event Center and sleeps 8 people. Its full kitchen, big, fenced backyard, and 3 bedrooms gives wedding prep a relaxed atmosphere – and when it’s time to unwind, cozy beds are just steps away.

The Grounds: With plenty of shade trees and beautiful landscaping, the grounds include lots of space for an outdoor ceremony and seating, 3 outdoor picnic shelters, pickleball/basketball court, corn hole, and bonfire pits.

Surrounding Grounds & Accommodations

The Spring House is set in a beautiful location, separate from the swimming area, and offers easy access to the following amenities:

• Outdoor Space: Access to an outdoor bonfire pit with seating, picnic tables, and the adjacent tent camping area.
• Overnight Stays: Located next to 10 full hook-up RV spots (must be reserved separately at $40 per site) and Guest House.
• Hot Springs: The Hot Springs Pool and Hot Tub are available to rent by reservation only (not included in the rental price).
