The Spring House is a 3,500 square-foot venue perfect for any occasion, from Family Reunions, Weddings, and Receptions to Quinceaneras, Talent Shows, and Recitals!

Pricing and Reservation Options

THE SPRING HOUSE -24 hour package- ($1,100)

• Includes The Spring House Event Center for 24 hours (choose your start time)
• Includes Private Grounds (1pm until noon the next day)

HOURLY RATES:

• Hourly Rates are available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from May through October. (If your Event is less than 30 days away, call our office to check for hourly availability. There may be more options if we have had cancellations.)
• Hourly rates are available anytime from November to April.
• Outside patio includes shaded grass & bonfire pit area with seating. The rest of the grounds may be booked by the hour.

Surrounding Grounds & Accommodations

The Spring House is set in a beautiful location, and offers easy access to the following amenities (by reservation only):

• The Grounds: Plenty of shade trees and beautiful landscaping, the grounds include lots of space for an outdoor ceremony and seating, 3 outdoor picnic shelters, pickleball/basketball court, corn hole, and bonfire pits.
  • When booking the Spring House for 24 hours, the grounds are included.
  • When booking the Spring House for 24 hours, 25 tent campers are included.
• The Guest House: is directly next door to the Event Center and sleeps 8 people. Its full kitchen, big, fenced backyard, and 3 bedrooms gives wedding/reunion prep a relaxed atmosphere – and when it’s time to unwind, cozy beds are just steps away.
• RV Park: Up to 10 full hook-up RV spots may be available (must be reserved separately)
• Hot Springs: The Hot Springs Pool and Hot Tub are available to rent by reservation only (not included in the rental price).

Booking Note: The Spring House comfortably accommodates groups up to 150 guests. If your group exceeds this size, please schedule a tour with us to discuss your best options.

Important Policies

• Alcohol Policy: No alcohol is permitted in the pool or hot tub areas. Drinking and swimming do not mix.
