I don’t even know where to start!! Kayla our wedding planner from details darling was absolutely incredible. Throughout the process she was so organized, thoughtful, and on top of every single detail, even the ones we never would’ve thought of in a million years (the name makes sense!). She made sure that both of our personalities were present in the wedding and listened to what we wanted and designed the most beautiful atmosphere. Every single guest told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and genuinely there’s no world in which that would’ve been true without her. If you hire details darling you will be grateful every single step of the way!!

Working with Details, Darling on our recent wedding was truly one of the best decisions we made. Their professionalism and depth of information constantly took the stress out of wedding planning and gave us the chance to actually enjoy it. We booked details darling for 3 month coordination. We originally had Aubrey handle our wedding but were passed over to Kendra. Kendra did an amazing job and we were extremely happy with her! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and everything was executed perfectly. We decided to hire a wedding planner since we are not based in Arizona, but were hosting our closest friends & family in AZ for our wedding! I interviewed a bunch of options and ultimately decided to go with Details Darling; they were the most professional and detail orientated out of all the groups I spoke with. We worked with Kayla (!!!) for the past year and a half putting together our dream wedding. The entire process was NOT STRESSFUL AT ALL, but actually fun!! Kayla helped us with all of our decisions - from picking vendors, to creating an overall design and theme. We just got married the past month, and we could not be happier!!! We worked with Kendra from Details Darling and I have to say it was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Kendra pays very close attention to detail and is so organized. She helped us create our dream design and worked flawlessly with all of our vendors. She would help provide recommendations and answer any questions I had at any time. She spent countless hours working with us and having phone calls to ensure every little detail was cohesive and perfect. On the day of our wedding, I had zero worries because I knew I could fully trust her with every detail and she worked SO hard to ensure everything went smoothly. Every little detail down to the florals, signage, and even how the reception napkins / silverware were placed, was perfectly executed. Kendra was the sweetest and so reassuring throughout the entire planning process. I cannot recommend Details Darling enough (especially Kendra!)! I just want to say that Details, Darling went above and beyond anything I could have imagined in a wedding planner. I know that I was going to have a lot of unique and specific requests for my wedding and Kayla delivered in every aspect when it came to helping me plan. She was always available whenever any questions came up. She was happy to step in and reach out to vendors if they weren't meeting my specific requests, or if we were having trouble reaching them. She scheduled meetings with us making sure we were on our timeline and was always willing to step in if we missed something or needed some help. I moved my wedding date a week just so that I could work with Details, Darling and it was hands down the best wedding decision I made. Planning a wedding in AZ while living in TX was daunting at first but she helped make the entire process so seamless and fun.
