When we hired Dana in 2019 we weren’t sure if hiring a planner was the right decision. Our 2020 wedding was postponed due to Covid which was a big disappointment and caused some stress and barriers with vendors. Dana stuck with us for almost 2 years and took care of absolutely everything. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and Dana was on point in every way imaginable. Leading up to the wedding we were nervous about everything coming together but Dana delivered beyond our expectations and we can’t thank her enough! Our wedding day was beautiful and She is simply amazing. We honestly love you Dana! Thank you so much.

Dana and her staff were amazing at helping my vision come alive! I booked a raw space and quickly found that I was in over my head. When I booked with Dana, I was LOST and regretting my venue choice. But with 9 months to out, Dana went to work right from the beginning. The day of the wedding I was still able to feel luxurious while being within my budget. She went above and beyond, but it made it all the more special that I was able to keep my original wedding date despite COVID-19. The entire team is very responsive, knowledgable and very well connected to ALL vendors. She was able to keep me grounded by saying "No" that's not in our budget, we want to spend that money elsewhere. However, she was also able to remind me that this is a day I will remember forever and sometimes the splurge on something is worth it. She and her staff put together all my tables decor, arch, cued the music and so much more. They made it work. I never had to worry about a thing. I highly recommend for any and every event.

Dana is the absolute best!! Wether you are type-a and completely organized, or overwhelmed with the details of wedding planning— we cannot stress enough how important Dana’s services were. With just mere weeks before our wedding, she had worked hours upon hours to coordinate all of my vendors, guide design of the event space, rectified a major vendor hiccup (they let her team lead them on the day of!), and just tied the day together in a way that was seamless. She felt like family and such an integral part of this entire process. What’s more, her team (Rose and Di) will also make you feel like a million bucks. Our wedding day felt like a dream, and they took care of all of the necessary details that no bride or groom should have to. We couldn’t recommend her services enough! Thank you Dana!!!!

Dana & her staff were nothing short of amazing! Many people thought we were crazy for attempting to marry in 3 months but with her help we were able to plan the wedding of my dreams. Everyone in attendance said it was the most gorgeous wedding they've ever seen. I truly don't know how we would've done it without her.

Day's Desk Weddings and Events superseded my thoughts and desires of planning. Dana was attentive, thoughtful and all-in from the very first conversation before the contract was drafted and signed until after my wedding. My husband and I were engaged from 2013 and sent 9/7/15 because we wanted to pay for the wedding ourselves at our wants and values and it turned out beautifully. I could not think of one thing that I would want to have changed at all and we owe it to Day's Desk. Here's what made me love and eternally recommend Day's Desk. I have no planning experience and while she wasn't controlling, she definitely knew how to take control. She listened to our ideas and offered, not inserted, her opinions and advice appropriately. And if the groom says she's awesome then that's a win-win! Her Day of Event Managers were absolutely fantastic, professional and welcoming. The whole team is super impressive and helped make our day unforgettable!

The lighting Ms.Butler did for my daughter's Sweetsixteen party was breathtaking it took the party up a notch. Ms. Dana Butler is a true professional and very talented! Thank you so much for the amazing work.

To say Dana is a lifesaver would be a DRASTIC understatement. Sadly for me, I had already booked another planner and signed a contract BEFORE meeting Dana. During the few months leading up to the wedding Dana and I became very well acquainted; acquainted enough that I invited her to the wedding. THANK GOD I DID!!!

The planner I originally hired sent two very inexperienced girls who let the venue steam roll them. According to family, co-workers, and guests; Dana saw that things were not right and immediately stepped in to correct them. The linens for the tables were not pressed by the venue (as they promised my mother they would be), and they told Dana they didn’t have time to do it. She insisted they do it because my family would be upset to have guests sitting at tables with wrinkled linens.

The cake was late; Dana asked the planners I hired for my vender phone list and got on the phone and called the baker to get an ETA. All while the people I hired did VERY LITTLE to help. Dana acted in my best interest and was on top of every detail.

If only I’d met her sooner!! She is the dream wedding planner that I wish I had from day one. She’s all about the details. I highly highly recommend Dana.

Where do I begin? Because of day's desk (especially my Dana) my dream wedding came true. Dana specifically paid attention to my evey want and need and made sure that her bride was happy and that my vision came to my life. I had the pleasure of having Ana kay and Giyel work along side Dana on the day of. These two ladies were with me from first thing in the morning until we were completely done.
