I don't think words could even describe how much I loved Crystal Rose Catering. I could not wait to write this review. Bert was amazing you can tell from the second that you meet him he is going to be great at what he does. Prices are very reasonable for everything he offered. Susan was his event manager and she was helping my husband and myself with everything! I don't think I went without a drop of water in my glass she was very attentive even while making sure everything else was running smoothly.
Everyone was ranting and raving about how amazing the food was. It didn't even tasted like some catered food would taste everything was so amazing and tasted like it was homemade. Even the dessert was amazing.
People working with Bert were so polite and respectful and that is very hard to find sometimes. It was 90 degrees and that can make people cranky especially when you are working with food but not one person that worked with him complained.

Crystal Rose was terrific but I had a hard time tracking them down to talk with them before my wedding. The communication was difficult because it was wedding season. But other than a few pieces of mis-communication, they were great and so was the food!
