Excellent experience with a great view for a great price!
We chose the Niagara Riverside Resort by recommendation of a family friend. The experience was wonderful! Teresa made sure to check in with all of our needs and the chef personally met with us to go over our options and ensure everyone would be taken care of. The day of the wedding went smoothly because of the incredible service by the kitchen, service, and hotel staff. Our family raved about the venue and how classy the evening was. We were glad to have and provide such a great event on a reasonable budget! Thank you Niagara Riverside!

Great Wedding Venue with Awesome Chef
My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Niagara Riverside Resort and had the best experience. The hotel’s director of sales, Teresa, was a pleasure to work with and provided quick responses to many emails. The hotel’s executive chef, Kevin, accommodated our requests and guests' needs, and delivered awesome food. The event staff were all wonderful, taking great care of everyone, and paying special attention to us as the bride and groom (shout out to Alex the bartender).

great experience
We had an amazing experience working with Teresa!! she was extremely helpful! everything was perfectly set up and planned! the food was great ,almost all of the staff was absolutely amazing, our guest loved the head waitress!!! we had a very minor complaint about the man overseeing the bar staff making a couple inappropriate comments but other than that I can not say enough for this venue and the staff!

The Venue is wonderful but Teresa Castillo is amazing!
I would have to write a dissertation in order to express how wonderful everything about this venue! The venue is obviously beautiful and on the water, but the staff there really makes the place amazing! I worked with Teresa from the beginning of the planning process. She worked with me through all of the changes during Covid-19. She was flexible in her scheduling walkthroughs and tastings since I live out of state. Most importantly she helped keep me calm when I was stressing out about the weather. Even when I made last minute changes to my setup due to the weather She and Dave were very accommodating. The food was great ad we received several complements on it.
The entire staff worked to make us our date great and it was!!
I am so happy we choose Niagara Riverside Resort as our Venue!

AMAZING from day 1 til our wedding!
I cannot speak highly enough about Niagara Riverside Resort. Through this entire pandemic, we had nothing but the utmost professionalism and genuine care. We originally booked with Tia, but due to the pandemic, ended up with Teresa. The transition was seamless and Teresa and her staff all made sure that every detail was taken care of and that our wedding was just as amazing for 50 people as it would have been for 150 people. We were 100% thrilled with the venue, the location, and the service. Thank you!

Amazing Wedding Experience From Start to End!
We got married at the Four Points by Sheraton in July 2019, and has an AMAZING experience! Teresa was such a pleasure to work with!! We were planning the wedding from a distance as my husband and I live in Columbus, OH but my family lives in NY. Teresa was such a huge help coordinating, paid attention to detail and was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come to life!
We had our ceremony on the outside lawn by the Niagara River which was GORGEOUS. Following the ceremony we had the cocktail hour on the patio which our guests loved! The reception was in the main ballroom—everything went perfect and the food was delicious!

Gorgeous view
Met with Tia and she is very professional. Helped me on getting a budget set for the venue and customized menu. Made me feel comfortable and trusted that everything will be done how we love it. The venue is gorgeous with a view to the lake. My wedding is not until next year but I know it will be exactly how I want it to be.

Great experience!
This was a destination wedding for us, and Tia and Teresa made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. The venue was beautiful, food was great. Every member of staff down to Mike at the front desk was VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel just got remodeled and looks amazing. Can't recommend this place enough. The only issue we ran into was that the treat bags we made for our guests were not handed out upon check in, so we asked for the box back and took them home. Everything else ran perfectly.
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
I would recommend this venue with a beautiful view of the Niagara River and with a modern look reception room. Theresa does a beautiful job and is so personable and easy to work with. They go over and beyond to make your event or wedding memorable!
You will not be disappointed when you book your next event at the 4 Points. The staff is a joy to work with. The view is not bad either.
