The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The chef was amazing and helped us understand everything we asked or were curious about and the food was absolutely delicious ! The water view was amazing! Annie was absolutely amazing and helped bring our vision to life! She was incredible to work with and so understanding with everything! -

We chose the Niagara Riverside Resort by recommendation of a family friend. The experience was wonderful! Teresa made sure to check in with all of our needs and the chef personally met with us to go over our options and ensure everyone would be taken care of. The day of the wedding went smoothly because of the incredible service by the kitchen, service, and hotel staff. Our family raved about the venue and how classy the evening was. We were glad to have and provide such a great event on a reasonable budget! Thank you Niagara Riverside! -

We had an amazing experience working with Teresa!! she was extremely helpful! everything was perfectly set up and planned! the food was great ,almost all of the staff was absolutely amazing, our guest loved the head waitress!!! we had a very minor complaint about the man overseeing the bar staff making a couple inappropriate comments but other than that I can not say enough for this venue and the staff! -

I would have to write a dissertation in order to express how wonderful everything about this venue! The venue is obviously beautiful and on the water, but the staff there really makes the place amazing! I worked with Teresa from the beginning of the planning process. She worked with me through all of the changes during Covid-19. She was flexible in her scheduling walkthroughs and tastings since I live out of state. Most importantly she helped keep me calm when I was stressing out about the weather. Even when I made last minute changes to my setup due to the weather She and Dave were very accommodating. The food was great ad we received several complements on it.
The entire staff worked to make us our date great and it was!!
I am so happy we choose Niagara Riverside Resort as our Venue!

Amazing Wedding Experience From Start to End!
We got married at the Four Points by Sheraton in July 2019, and has an AMAZING experience! Teresa was such a pleasure to work with!! We were planning the wedding from a distance as my husband and I live in Columbus, OH but my family lives in NY. Teresa was such a huge help coordinating, paid attention to detail and was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come to life!
We had our ceremony on the outside lawn by the Niagara River which was GORGEOUS. Following the ceremony we had the cocktail hour on the patio which our guests loved! The reception was in the main ballroom—everything went perfect and the food was delicious! -

Met with Tia and she is very professional. Helped me on getting a budget set for the venue and customized menu. Made me feel comfortable and trusted that everything will be done how we love it. The venue is gorgeous with a view to the lake. My wedding is not until next year but I know it will be exactly how I want it to be. -

Great experience!
This was a destination wedding for us, and Tia and Teresa made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. The venue was beautiful, food was great. Every member of staff down to Mike at the front desk was VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel just got remodeled and looks amazing. Can't recommend this place enough. The only issue we ran into was that the treat bags we made for our guests were not handed out upon check in, so we asked for the box back and took them home. Everything else ran perfectly. -

We brought our things to be set up 2 days prior and gave her our vision and she nailed it with perfection. The food was amazing and the service was awesome. I would def be having more events here. Thank you Theresa, you def did an amazing job.

Lina Sent on 08/11/2018We had our Vows renewal at the Four Points Sheraton Niagara Falls, NY. The whole experience was wonderful and here is the main reasons why:
1- the venue is very beautiful: we had the ceremony by the river outdoor and the reception in the indoor ballroom a few steps from it. It was very convenient and the scenery was gorgeous.
2- we worked with Theresa Erickson who is the venu manager, she was very helpful in every aspect of the planning and the execution. She is very responsive to emails , and very organized , helping out with every detail. There was an issue with the chair vendor delivery and Theresa was on top of it and troubleshooted the problem seamlessly. This is a very important aspect of a wedding planning.
3- the hotel is very accommodating for out of town guests, we had a large family reunion thanks to this event and we spent most of our time between the restaurant, the outdoor deck and the indoor pool. The staff were very nice throughout .
4- the day of the event was a success , Theresa was present for most of it and didn’t leave until later that evening to ensure everything went right.
5- the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. They were accommodating to different kinds of kids meal and last minutes meal substitutions. They also had extra plates and offered dinner to the photographer who was very appreciative and stayed longer to catch more precious moments . -

Dziana Sent on 01/22/2018Our wedding was September 10th 2017, and it was the best day of our lives! When we got engaged we looked at alot of venues and this was by far the best value we had seen. The venue itself is beautiful overlooking the water and the hall is updated and has plain colors so not matter what wedding colors your choose it will not clash. Our guests enjoyed taking a walk by the water after their meals and if made for a great background for wedding photos.We worked with Theresa Erickson, and she was amazing answering any questions i had and made sure our day went smoothly. They also have a wonderful menu to choose from, absolutely everything tasted fantastic at our food tasting and the day of, plus we were able to bring in our own sweets tables as both his and my family offered to bake. On the day of our wedding the servers took care all of our guests and made sure that the bridal table had plenty of refills (its also worth mentioning that they packed some leftovers for us in case we got hungry at the end of the day)
Four points went above and beyond my expectations with great service and a wonderful hall.
And to top it all off after a long day of celebrating we didn't have to worry about traveling to a separate location to spend the night, we had a complementary bridal suite right up the elevator. It was modern, clean room with all the amenities needed.
I would definitely recommend this place to any couple, no matter how much your looking to spend! -
