Luke was our DJ at our wedding, and he took what could have potentially been a disastrous night and turned it into one of the best nights of our lives.

As a groom, I’ll admit a lot of us guys don’t realize the amount of chaos that can happen behind the scenes at a wedding. I definitely lucked out having Luke there. Out of all of our vendors, he was by far the best communicator and always focused on making everything as easy as possible for us.

Before the wedding, Luke picked a convenient time and place to meet and really took the time to understand what we wanted. I’m not someone who is all in your face about it, but I know and appreciate a lot of different genres. Luke impressed me with his knowledge of everything from old-school R&B, to pop hits, to newer artists that not everyone would know. When we told him our venue, he immediately explained how important his setup location would be so he could see the room, read the crowd, and keep everything flowing. He advised our Venue liked to put DJs “Out of the way” and it doesn’t work well. He showed up early, prepared, and ready to go.

This is where Luke really became one of the heroes of our wedding day. We had some unexpected issues come up that could have negatively affected the experience for us and our guests. Luke went way beyond the role of “just the DJ.” He and our officiant were the ones stepping up, communicating with me, and helping solve problems before they became bigger issues. A lot of these were things that the venue or some of our other vendors should have communicated themselves, but Luke had that “If not me then who will do it” mindset. Throughout the night, Luke kept checking in on us and making sure everything was running smoothly.

This isn’t about criticizing anyone else, it’s about giving credit where it’s due. Weddings are expensive, and you spend so much time and money hoping that your guests have a great time and, most importantly, that your bride has the day she dreamed of. I can honestly say Luke played a huge role in making that happen.

And while he is extremely professional, don’t think that means he’s boring. Luke is fun, personable, and knows exactly how to bring energy to a room. My wife and I had multiple guests tell us he was the best DJ they’ve ever seen at a wedding. From the ceremony to the introductions to the dance floor and knowing what music to play when the kids and old folks leave he was on point with it all. I even thought my wife’s list of songs was a tough ask, but Luke seen it was important to her and got through her list. He even played a Congo song for my Niece that wanted to do a Congo line and it turned into one of my favorite moments from the wedding.

This is all just a long winded way to say thank you for everything, Luke. You weren’t just our DJ that night, you were a huge part of why our wedding became the memory it is.

Our experience with Luke from moving music was absolutely fantastic, from the beginning with any communication beforehand to the actual day of with keeping everything running smooth and keeping everyone on the dance floor. We had so many guests tell us that it was the best Wedding they’ve ever been to especially with the music. Additionally the Photo Booth was a huge hit/success. Dan was absolutely phenomenal! To begin, when I called to reserve the date, it was short notice and he was still very easy to work with. He stayed in contact with me throughout the planning process as well. He knew the venue we had our reception at so he planned everything with them, including stuff that is not DJ related. During the reception, he altered the style of music based on what we were dancing to without us having to say anything. He was fantastic and made my reception super fun and a night to remember! Mike went above and beyond to make our wedding so memorable! We had an outdoor ceremony, a cocktail hour and reception all in different areas and he managed to make the music exactly what we wanted! Not only did he play great music, his personality was so fun! Everyone seemed to enjoy the entire evening. I would reccomend Mike to every single person planning a wedding. As someone who had no i dea how a wedding even works Mike made everything seamless. Our dance floor was PACKED all night. We had so so so so so many compliments regarding our DJ and how amazing and fun his music was. Mike was also our cermony officiant and did exactly as we asked as keeping our ceremony short and sweet. I can’t tell you how many people asked who are DJ was and told us that our wedding was one of the best they have been to specially because of the music. I wouldn’t have to think twice about telling every single person here to book with Mike!!!

Photobooth- moving music. 10/10

We booked photobooth with moving music and also loved it! The quality of the photos alone is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The pictures are all SO CLEAR!! They had so many props to choose from, and the package i chose came with a memory maker where our photobooth attendant - Jessica ( who by the way was amazing!!) made us a book with everyone’s photos at the end of the night and everyone signed the book. The process was great and they had so many backdrops to choose from!’

the music playlist was fantastic, The lights really set the tone of the whole venue, and out Dj was great! He was super nice knew exactly what to do and followed our itinerary perfectly! Thank you for keeping the party going and the vibes high!

Jared was professional, he responded positively to all our wants and needs and had no problem with last minute requests. Our guests had a great time and really responded well to his enthusiasm! Thank you Jared for a fabulous reception!
