Wanda and her fabulous husband catered a post-wedding rehearsal dinner for us in May of 2022. Wanda is a delight to deal with and the Carolina BBQ that they prepared was a big hit. From the big details (the food of course and her suggestion to hold the dinner at a nearby pavilion with covered picnic tables) to the small (allowing us to supply the cutlery, table cloths and plastic ware and picking up all of it plus adult beverages and setting it up) everything done was spot on. Their mobile kitchen also is impressive. I highly recommend Wanda for any event.

The best decision We made was to have Wanda as our officiant, caterer, Bj's Currituck Room and yard venue. ( all in one ) We had a small Wedding about 50 guests. It was beautiful, Wanda is a Wonder Woman she made us fell like family and executed our vision and helped us with our vision to make our day stress free. ( even though it rained and we had to move inside you would never have know ) We Recommend Wanda and her crew for you next special event her kindness and true happiness for you is infectious. Catering is out of this would we will be calling upon Wanda again for a family event in May. (A little Gem hidden in Jarvisburg)

Creative Catering by Wanda has catered multiple events for Martins Point Yacht Club. They are our go to caterer. Wanda and BJ do a first class job. Their attention to detail and experience shows through in the quality of the food. Wanda takes all of the stress off the host! She is very responsive and easy to work with. Ok, so I was the mother of the groom. First and only wedding for our family. Wanted to provide my son and his fiancé with something special so decided to cover the cost of the wedding reception dinner. Didn’t know where to start, was nervous and overwhelmed. Called Creative Catering and spoke to Wanda. That’s all it took. She was fantastic, answering all my questions, making suggestions, being very flexible and helpful with staying within our budget. I not only found the ideal reception planner, I found a coach, a professional, and a friend! Southern hospitality doesn’t even begin to describe the warm personality and extreme helpfulness that Wanda provided. Her confidence and enthusiasm were contagious. Then there was the food - abundant and delicious! Don’t even think of planning a reception without her famous crab dip and corn bread! Sooo yummy!
We had a simple picnic-type meal, but the presentation was elegant and all the food was delicious. Wanda provided everything we wanted (plus a few extras.) But the best thing she provided was moral support! She made us feel so welcomed and special. We still stay in touch from time to time. I am privileged to recommend Creative Catering by Wanda. You will not only get awesome food and service, you will get a lovely friend.

We cannot ever thank Creative Catering by Wanda enough for their absolutely tremendous role in making our wedding truly PERFECT. Every last detail was exactly as I pictured. Wanda and BJ, along with their team were such a big part of that. The food was phenomenal! As the bride, I listened to the advice many people gave me and I made sure that I took time to sit and enjoy it. I’m so glad I did! All of our guests were so impressed, and I know that everyone left with full stomachs and happy memories! They even provided a picnic basket for us to take with us at the end of the night which allowed us to enjoy our delicious Italian selections throughout the week on our honeymoon. We want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It would not have been the spectacular day it was without you. We are so grateful for all of the hard work put it, it absolutely paid off ❤️ I will most definitely be hiring Creative Catering by Wanda again for all of my future catering needs!

We contacted Wanda to cater a pig roast for our large group vacation over the 4th of July this year. The catering team is headed by Wanda, BJ's wife, and the company is associated with BJ's Carolina Cafe (a great local restaurant). Wanda was extremely quick to respond to our initial request. On the phone, she was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for our groups needs. BJ delivered the pig himself directly to our home and provided excellent service. The pig was SO GOOD and a huge hit among the group (10 total adults). I would highly recommend BJ's and Creative Catering by Wanda for a memorable and delicious event.

Wanda and her husband were fantastic for us, even though we were last minute! They helped make our marriage start off with a bang. So accommodating and friendly!! We even celebrated after Wanda officiated over us at their restaurant, and couldn't have been more pleased. Grade "A" service!!

Wanda and BJ are some of the most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. They are like your second parents....your long-lost friend...your aunt and uncle that do nothing but love on you. In other words, they want nothing but the best for you, and do everything in their power to make it so.

We had the privilege of having Wanda and BJ cater our wedding in Corolla, NC in June 2015. The. Best. Food. Ever! I cannot say enough good things about their cooking! We feel so lucky to have found them through our amazing wedding planner Christy Ethridge. EVERYONE talked about how awesome our food was...ourselves included because WANDA TOOK CARE OF US! People remember very little about your wedding, but they remember the FOOD! And ours raved about it for weeks and weeks, stating they would have to visit the restaurant on their next trip down.

One of my favorite parts of the night is when Wanda presented us with a food of our favorites during the wedding! Most people don't get to eat at their wedding, but Wanda sure made sure we had all we needed! They had all of our favorites from the tastings (and each of our favorites was different) and we were able to enjoy our sweetheart table dinner while everyone made it through the buffet (again....and again...and again....) They were such a blessing!

It was first-class service, and we'd be happy to work with them again!

Bjs Carolina Café and Catering did an Excellent job catering our wedding!!! Wanda and Bj are enthusiastic, sincere and ready to do whatever is needed to make your day special! Wanda was easy to communicate with preparations and very honest! Our cake was to die for! The food was very delicious!
