Cosmic Groove made our wedding! I loved how they kept everyone out on the dance floor all night long. In the days and weeks leading up to our wedding they took the time and effort to make sure they had all the details and the correct timeline to keep the evening flowing smoothly. My now wife and I were pretty reluctant to hire a band for our wedding but some family members insisted. We started off our search as anyone would... Google. We made a list of our favorites and Cosmic Groove was near the top. Maria and I ended up going to see a few bands, Cosmic Groove at a vodka social. The band instantly had us sold. The energy, the range of music they could play, the male/female singer dynamic, and finally how friendly they were when going up to meet them. We ended up working there from Detroit Event Company to book them.

Come wedding day we have no regrets. From planning to the day of the wedding they were the best choice we could have made. Everything the day of went smooth as can be from grand entrance, little announcements, the playlist and order of music, and just the overall delivery. Every single one of our friends was saying how great Cosmic Groove was and wondered how we even found them.

The Cosmic Groove is a band that will knock your wedding out of the park! The band worked with us since day 1 to make sure we were all on the same page for the big day. Communication is a big thing for me, and TJ is always ready and willing to have a phone call, or a quick email to help relieve my nerves or answer last minute questions. And on stage, a band never looked better. They had great stage presence and really helped get my guests up and excited to celebrate! Even during dinner, TJ was making announcements for me, and took care of all the little heads up about things like food and guest book! I would hire them over and over again to do any event of mine. The professionalism and timely-ness of everting they did was on point. The music was beautiful, and my wedding was a day to remember thanks to them.

Cosmic Groove was without a doubt one of the most memorable parts of our wedding weekend and easily one of the most talked about things at our Farewell Breakfast the morning after! They were super responsive throughout the planning process, offered a huge repertoire of songs to select for them to curate their setlist for the evening, and just straight up ran the show and played a huge role in my wife and I being able to enjoy the rest of the night after our responsibilities were complete! I’d highly recommend Cosmic Groove for your big day—they were a no brainer for us and the only thing we would change would be having them play longer if city ordinances weren’t a factor!

Cosmic Groove was such a hit at our wedding!! They perfectly performed our ceremony music, leaving no dry eye in the house!
