SpaceCat is the PERFECT band for any event! We had them perform at our wedding and they blew us away. The band itself is extremely talented and you can tell how well they can read the crowd to know exactly what the vibe is. They definitely play to the room and know how to keep the party going! Working with the band, they were completely professional and super organized. From our first meeting, they made sure they knew the timeline of our special day so that all the intros/transitions were handled on the day of and we didn't have to worry about a thing! They also went above and beyond and learned additional songs for our first dance and dad/daughter as well as mom/son dances. These were such special moments and for them to perform them live made it all the better. At the reception they engaged the crowd throughout the performance and had an excellent mix of music from wedding classics to contemporary hits. They pumped up our guests by encouraging participation and made us feel like celebrities out on the dance floor! At the end of the night and the days that followed, so many of our guests complemented the band and said how that was the best part of the reception. Our wedding would not have been the same without SpaceCat!

We cannot thank or recommend SpaceCat enough! They were, without a doubt, one of the easiest vendors we worked with throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were incredibly responsive, helped break down the schedule and meetings leading up to the wedding, and were always willing to offer helpful advice and guidance.

They delivered on every promise and truly kept the party going all night! We had piano music for our ceremony, and then the full band played for our first dances and throughout the reception. Everything was absolutely perfect, and the energy they brought to the night was unmatched.

So many of our family and friends told us they had never heard a better wedding band—and we completely agree! They made our reception so much fun and created an atmosphere that we’ll never forget. If you’re considering booking SpaceCat, do it! You absolutely will not regret it.

We had the absolute BEST time with SpaceCat at our wedding! They brought such high energy, incredible talent, and so much fun to the night—they truly made our wedding reception exactly the kind of celebration we were hoping for. Christian and the entire band were so easy to work with and brought great expertise and insight to our planning meetings. They were also incredibly accommodating and willing to make adjustments on the fly the day of, which we really appreciated.

There were a few small requests that were overlooked, but overall, their attention to detail, crowd work, and the entertainment they provided were phenomenal. We were having so much fun that we actually decided to extend our contract on the fly that night, and they were happy to keep the party going!

We cannot recommend SpaceCat enough and are already looking forward to seeing them perform at local bars and events in the future. We are officially SpaceCat groupies forever and always!

It has been just over a month since we had SpaceCat ROCK our wedding. Every time we see other guests, they rave about how incredibly the SpaceCat crew BROUGHT IT! We and our guests cannot stop talking about what a splendid performance we had! We've been asked to referred them countless times to guests and had guests ask their babysitters to stay longer because they wanted to stay for SpaceCat's last set! One guest: "they've ruined DJ's for me!" (DJ Mo did an AWESOME job in between band sets keeping the dance floor PACKED. But the band always has their sax player - and the sax solos steal the show!)

Christian and the team are organized, prepared, professional, and approachable. They strike the perfect balance of youthful energy ready to throw down with 20-somethings and blend it with classic soul in the best way possible. Great for all ages (from flower girls to grandparents) and the vocalists are all sensational.

During planning, Christian gave us tips and timing suggestions for how to keep the energy going (like having us sequence our first dance and parent dances as a bridge to invite everyone onto the dance floor organically). They learned our first dance song - even though it had only been released a few weeks before we selected it... and nailed it with their own variation. They kept us on track, MC'd elegantly, and their prices are more than fair. And they're just good people. Best decision we made for our wedding was hiring SpaceCat, hands down. Thanks SpaceCat for making ours the best wedding ever!

Space Cat put on the best show at our wedding that was everything we dreamed of. The party was going the whole evening! Christian was excited to work with us from the moment I talked to him. The band was amazing to work with and helpful with the planning process! Every guest said how much the band killed it and were one of the best they've ever seen, and we agree! Planning was smooth, and they were never pushy or tried a hard sell. Christian was really helpful with all of the small details that we didn't even know to think about (like the timeline and letting us know where it made sense to cut back to save some money).

On the wedding day itself, they did a good job coordinating directly with the venue so that we did not have to do anything ourselves.

We first saw the band perform live at Rochester Mills, and they were even better at our wedding! They were fun, interactive, and excellent at engaging with the crowd. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best wedding bands they had ever seen. I was on the dance floor the entire night! (Editorial note from the groom: This is not hard to do).

SpaceCat was an absolute hit at our wedding! From the moment we first contacted them, their communication was quick, professional, and accommodating. On the day of, they brought such an incredible energy and talent to the dance floor. This fun, energetic, and well-rounded band really knows how to get a party started. They even learned a last-minute song to surprise my wife, which was such a special touch. All of our guests were blown away by SpaceCat - it truly felt like a private concert from one of the best wedding bands ever. We couldn't have asked for a better musical act to make our special day complete.

Christian and all the members of SpaceCat were absolutely incredible. From all the prep work that was done before to make sure the night went seamless for our special day, Christian went above and beyond. If you want to make sure your guest have a great night, SpaceCat will make sure they have the crowd dancing all night and keep everyone entertained until the very end.
