Confectionate Cakes is wedding bakery located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Laura McMillan, the chef, designer, and confectionery artist, opened the bakery in 2000 to offer beautiful and affordable cake creations. After receiving her formal culinary training in Florida, Laura has continued to train independently to refine her skills and culinary style. While Laura specializes in unique wedding cake designs and decoration, she is also an experienced baker, able to provide a variety of pastry items, including tarts, cream puffs, eclairs, and biscotti.

Confectionate Cakes bakes tiered wedding cakes, providing couples with a menu of flavors, fillings, and icings to choose from in order to customize their cake.
