Classic Oaks Venue is a rustic wedding venue in Mansfield, Texas. You can marry inside our main barn or putside at our cathedral-ceiling shaped gazebo. We are located approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth/Stockyards, and 45 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. There are a lot of great hotels located off of I-30 and 287, 15 minutes or less from the venue.
Our Venue Fee Includes:
- Tables and Chairs for a Seated Reception with up to 300 Guests
- Outdoor Gazebo and Wooden Benches for Ceremony - There is NOT an additional fee to host your ceremony with us!
- Ivory Polyester Table Linens
- Access to the venue and wedding suites 10am - midnight on event day. We only host one event a day, and we do NOT host any tours on your special day
- Rustic chic touches of decor, including farm tables, LOVE sign, and option of a wooden cross or decorative mirror for the mantle inside the main barn
Upon booking, we share our list of preferred vendors with our couples. Couples are welcome to choose vendors from our list, or other vendors of their choosing. The only vendor REQUIRED is the catering - OUTSIDE CATERING IS NOT ALLOWED. All food and beverage must be provided by our in-house caterer. Cakes and alcohol are the two exceptions - you may get cake from your bakery of choice, and have the option of providing your own alcohol (corkage fee applied) or select a bar package provided by the in-house caterer. Catering details are coordinated by Classic Oaks Staff, to help streamline the planing process.

Facilities and Capacity
We can accomodate up to 300 guests seated at ceremony and reception, and 350 guests for a cocktail style reception (seating for most, mingling for the rest). The outdoor ceremony space is nestled among trees to shade your guests during sunset, with a serene pond behind it. While you exchange vows, guests can look on from rows of wooden bench seating. These benches have ornately carved backs and between the rows a stone aisle leads to the altar space.
Guests can enjoy the covered patio during cocktail hour. Equipped with yard games, cafe lights, lounge furniture and bar, guests can mingle while you explore the property and take photos. The patio also features fans and heaters, so guests are comfortable no matter what Mother Nature has planned!
For your reception, we offer an event barn with seating for up 300 guests. The stone fireplace stage is a great spot for your sweetheart/head table and/or cake. The grand staircase is perfect for wedding party introductions. Our lighting, including the decorative chandaliers, can dim when it's time for the dance party.
Types of Events
You can host your ceremony and reception with us, or just your ceremony or reception if you have something planned elsewhere. We also host special celebrations such as bridal showers, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners. We offer two private wedding suites available before and throughout their wedding day, where you can relax, get ready and take photographs. Our barn offers modern amenities for you and your guests including heating and central air. Guests will appreciate the convenience of onsite parking in a paved parking lot.
