The best wedding hairstylist / team in NYC. So communicative leading up to wedding and all our girls were so happy with their hair. My bridal hair which was down all day in warm June weather lasted ALL night and looked flawless. Additionally, Alena, and her assistant Julia, were so calm and kind. I would recommend them to anyone!

I loved worked with CEO Beauty from start to finish. They were professional and accommodating, and Alena did a beautiful job for both my hair and makeup. I had my hair and make up done early in the morning (around 9am), and it stayed perfect the entire day. Alena went above and beyond and even offered to come back later in the day for touch ups (which I didn't even need because my hair and make up still looked perfect). I cannot recommend Alena and CEO Beauty enough!

I truly can’t recommend CEO Beauty and Alena enough!!! She made me feel like the most beautiful bride. She was the sweetest to work with and so flexible/accommodating. I showed her my inspiration pictures and she created my dream bridal hair look flawlessly. My hair stayed perfectly curled and in place from the minute she finished till my after party ended at 1:45am. I danced the entire night and yet my hair remained flawless. I received so many compliments. Alena was so sweet and stayed to put my veil in for me and secured it perfectly. It felt extremely comfortable and was easy for me to remove without messing up my half up do. She also did an amazing job with my 6 family members and the different hair styles they chose including half of us who used clip in extensions which she blended perfectly. Everyone looked and felt gorgeous. We all had zero critiques, everything exceeded expectations! Alena is so lovely to work with and so professional. My best friend worked with her recently for her wedding and had the same experience. We have another friend working with her in the fall! You can definitely feel confident that your hair will be perfect when working with this team!

The CEO Beauty team (Yulia and Svitlana) were fantastic. I was so happy with my hair and makeup on my wedding day. My bridesmaids even commented that they wished their hair had looked this good at their own weddings!

I did a hair and makeup trial with Yulia, which was a bit pricey but absolutely worth it. While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the trial, Yulia welcomed all of my feedback and incorporated it perfectly on the wedding day. She executed everything flawlessly and even went the extra mile by purchasing a specific mascara based on my preferences. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to making sure I felt my best truly stood out. I couldn’t have been happier with the final result.

Alena, Susanna, Svitlana, Beligma and the CEO Beauty team brought my wedding hair and makeup dreams to life and then some. From our initial conversations and HMU trial where Alena made me feel so comfortable and excited, to making adjustments to our getting ready schedule to accommodate my group’s needs and requests, to the most fun and special wedding morning with my best friends, sisters, and moms that I will never forget, I so appreciated their kindness, patience, attention to detail, creativity, and artistry. They made sure to keep me looking like an even more beautiful version of myself, helped with suggestions for my veil that really put me at ease, and also gave me bridesmaids and moms looks that made them feel happy and special the whole entire day. We ran into some big surprises on wedding day—a NYC parade that really delayed us in traffic and heavy rain—however our looks stayed totally perfect into the after party that ended after 2 am. We truly had the best night of our lives dancing away, and this was thanks to their work and help in giving us such a special morning. Experience was priceless and would 1000% recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Alena as my bridal hair and makeup artist for the day. From our first meeting at my hair and makeup trial, we immediately hit it off. She is such a sweet and uplifting presence and made me feel super comfortable and heard. I didn’t have a super clear idea on what hairstyle I wanted, so I showed her a few inspo pics and trusted her judgement to try a style that she thought would suit based off what I showed her. We ended up with a low bun that we added some texture to after trying some options. I originally wanted more of a glowy and orangey toned makeup look but after seeing it on me, I decided to go more rosy. I also gave her feedback that I had more oily skin and that not being overly shiny was a concern for me. On the day of, she had careful notes of all the small changes we discussed so I felt at ease knowing that I could just sit in the chair and not worry about a thing. It all came out so perfect, and my sister even said I looked better than I did on my trial day. I was concerned with my hair falling out of the bun since it is very long, but everything held up incredibly well. I only needed to touchup my concealer because I cried so much but luckily she gave me a nice touchup kit to use 😊

We also had Beligma help with makeup for the girls in the wedding party while Alena did their hair. Beligma was also great to work with. My mom is very particular as she’s had poor experiences in the past with getting her hair and makeup professionally done, but she was super happy with how she looked.

My sister had her hair done first, and it did end up falling a few hours later since it notoriously does not hold a curl well. So Alena went through the trouble of re-curling her at the end and putting extra product to ensure it would last the night (which it did!).

Shoutout to Kate as well who handled communications and was extremely prompt in responding, and very friendly and helpful with questions.

Alena was an absolute dream to work with! She did my makeup and hair for my rehearsal dinner as well as my hair for the day of the wedding but to be honest, I wish she did my makeup as well on my wedding day (but I had already locked in a vendor). I am very picky with my hair and makeup - I wanted to look like myself but still wanted it to show up nicely in pics which can be a challenging balance but she absolutely nailed it. She made me feel so beautiful and is the absolute sweetest! SO SO talented at what she does - I 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Alena and the CEO Beauty team! My wedding was in October, and I worked with Alena and Yulia, who were both absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, the CEO Beauty team was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful.

On the wedding day itself, they were true pros — calm, organized, and somehow able to keep everyone moving on schedule without it ever feeling rushed. They handled the timeline flawlessly and made the morning feel fun and relaxed.

Most importantly, I’ve honestly never looked better. My hair and makeup were flawless, photographed beautifully, and lasted all day and night. I felt like the best version of myself, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day.

Alena did a fantastic job with my make up and my hair. I still looked like me but it just more refined. She also has experience working with East/Southeast Asian brides, which was important to me. Her work held up the whole day from morning to evening in 90 degree humid weather. I also liked that she listened to what I wanted and was willing to make adjustments based on my likes.

My family is EXTREMELY particular of a lot of MUA/Hairstylists and they LOVED my wedding look. The look worked for my civil ceremony, my tea ceremony outfit, and my post wedding party celebrations. A friend even asked me for a referral so they can recommend Alena to others or for herself for headshots (I think Alena only does bridal looks). I highly recommend doing a trial especially if you have multiple looks. My only regret is that I should have asked for a half day or full day package just for touch ups to adjust to the hot temperature or if I decided last minute that I wanted to change up hairstyles.
