I had the pleasure of having Alena as my bridal hair and makeup artist for the day. From our first meeting at my hair and makeup trial, we immediately hit it off. She is such a sweet and uplifting presence and made me feel super comfortable and heard. I didn’t have a super clear idea on what hairstyle I wanted, so I showed her a few inspo pics and trusted her judgement to try a style that she thought would suit based off what I showed her. We ended up with a low bun that we added some texture to after trying some options. I originally wanted more of a glowy and orangey toned makeup look but after seeing it on me, I decided to go more rosy. I also gave her feedback that I had more oily skin and that not being overly shiny was a concern for me. On the day of, she had careful notes of all the small changes we discussed so I felt at ease knowing that I could just sit in the chair and not worry about a thing. It all came out so perfect, and my sister even said I looked better than I did on my trial day. I was concerned with my hair falling out of the bun since it is very long, but everything held up incredibly well. I only needed to touchup my concealer because I cried so much but luckily she gave me a nice touchup kit to use 😊
We also had Beligma help with makeup for the girls in the wedding party while Alena did their hair. Beligma was also great to work with. My mom is very particular as she’s had poor experiences in the past with getting her hair and makeup professionally done, but she was super happy with how she looked.
My sister had her hair done first, and it did end up falling a few hours later since it notoriously does not hold a curl well. So Alena went through the trouble of re-curling her at the end and putting extra product to ensure it would last the night (which it did!).
Shoutout to Kate as well who handled communications and was extremely prompt in responding, and very friendly and helpful with questions.
Thank you to CEO Beauty for taking such good care of me and my bridal party 😊 If you’re thinking about them, don’t delay booking as they book up fast! -

Alena was an absolute dream to work with! She did my makeup and hair for my rehearsal dinner as well as my hair for the day of the wedding but to be honest, I wish she did my makeup as well on my wedding day (but I had already locked in a vendor). I am very picky with my hair and makeup - I wanted to look like myself but still wanted it to show up nicely in pics which can be a challenging balance but she absolutely nailed it. She made me feel so beautiful and is the absolute sweetest! SO SO talented at what she does - I 10/10 would recommend her to anyone! -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Alena and the CEO Beauty team! My wedding was in October, and I worked with Alena and Yulia, who were both absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, the CEO Beauty team was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful.
On the wedding day itself, they were true pros — calm, organized, and somehow able to keep everyone moving on schedule without it ever feeling rushed. They handled the timeline flawlessly and made the morning feel fun and relaxed.
Most importantly, I’ve honestly never looked better. My hair and makeup were flawless, photographed beautifully, and lasted all day and night. I felt like the best version of myself, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. -

Alena did a fantastic job with my make up and my hair. I still looked like me but it just more refined. She also has experience working with East/Southeast Asian brides, which was important to me. Her work held up the whole day from morning to evening in 90 degree humid weather. I also liked that she listened to what I wanted and was willing to make adjustments based on my likes.
My family is EXTREMELY particular of a lot of MUA/Hairstylists and they LOVED my wedding look. The look worked for my civil ceremony, my tea ceremony outfit, and my post wedding party celebrations. A friend even asked me for a referral so they can recommend Alena to others or for herself for headshots (I think Alena only does bridal looks). I highly recommend doing a trial especially if you have multiple looks. My only regret is that I should have asked for a half day or full day package just for touch ups to adjust to the hot temperature or if I decided last minute that I wanted to change up hairstyles.

I found Alena through a friend of mine who will be using her for wedding hair, and I am so glad I did. I had previously hired another hair artist, but after my trial I decided to go in a different direction. From the moment I connected with Alena, I knew I made the right choice.
We communicated back and forth several times, and Alena was always extremely responsive, helpful, and honest. She even suggested ordering hair extensions from Amazon, which saved me a couple hundred dollars especially important knowing my hair doesn’t hold a curl well and needs extra texture. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out to me.
I ended up doing my trial with Alena for my rehearsal dinner. We chose the look together and then switched it up into a bun with a French twist. I don’t typically wear updos, but Alena assured me it could be done and she absolutely nailed it. Her studio is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, which made things so much easier as a Manhattan bride.
After both my trial and rehearsal dinner, people immediately started asking for Alena’s contact information. Then came the wedding day… and wow. Alena somehow achieved the most luscious, soft Hollywood waves on my hair, which never holds a curl. I honestly wish I could have her do my hair every day.
Alena also did my sister’s and my mom’s hair, and each of them said it was the best their hair has ever looked. Beyond her incredible talent, Alena is also so easy to talk to and genuinely fun to be around, which makes spending hours getting ready even better.
I cannot recommend Alena enough for bridal hair. She is truly amazing and she also does makeup! If you’re considering booking her, do it. You won’t regret it. -

Picking out an MUA was one of the aspects of wedding planning I felt the most nervous about. I’m not someone who wears much makeup on a regular basis, so I wanted to find someone who could still make me feel like myself, just a slightly more elevated/glammed up version for the big day and Alena truly delivered on this!
I truly felt my most beautiful on my wedding day, and I know my sister, mom and mother-in-law felt the same. We had some changes we wanted to make after the trial, and Alena took detailed notes and had multiple different suggestions which was really helpful. She is a lovely person first and foremost and very easy to talk to, especially for our moms, who were shy as English is not their first language. We were all impressed with how thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented Alena is. She has an incredibly lovely artistic eye and that was evident in the way she was able to highlight everyone’s natural beauty. She is also a perfectionist and stayed a little extra to help me put in traditional Chinese hair accessories, and take them out, as well as do some last minute touch-ups. Touch-up kit was also very nice to have but tbh I didn’t need it as my makeup wore beautifully for >12 hours! Julia also did an amazing job on my mom, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids’ hair, which lasted the whole night beautifully. I think so many parts of the wedding process can be stressful, but making sure you look/feel amazing and in the hands of a true professional really helps you feel your best. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a bridal MUA.

I loved how beautiful everyone looked with their hairstyles. Alena met with me for our trial and it was great being one on one showing her my vision and it coming to life. She shared suggestions throughout and made the process so memorable.
The day of the wedding was perfect. Alena and her team were amazing! They payed close attention to details and the requests of each member of the wedding party. Everyone’s hair was perfect and held through the evening. Everyone was so happy and excited. Everyone felt so beautiful.

I'm not a makeup girlie, my skin is too sensitive and my skin tone can be difficult to match. Alena was INCREDIBLE. We didn't have a trial, but she got the makeup and hair right on the first try. She also did my mom's makeup and hair (stunning) and my sisters (gorgeous). I walked into my wedding feeling so beautiful and confident, it really set the tone for the entire day. Fast forward through a ceremony, a party, an after party, and an after-after party in hot, humid NYC - everything held up. I looked as good at 3:00 am as I did at 3:00 pm. Thank you, Alena! Choosing CEO BEAUTY for my hair and makeup was the best decision I could’ve made for my wedding! They were responsive when booking with them, super flexible when it came to any changes, they allowed me to have as many trials I wanted, and they’re just overall sweet people who truly care about their clients and love what they do. Even with all the dancing, my makeup didn’t budge! My curls stayed bouncy, and my hair didn’t frizz up, which my hair is prone to! Alena, Julia, and Yujing was my bridal team and they did such an amazing job! They were so patient and attentive to all of us. Alena followed me every step of the way throughout to day to make sure my hair was picture perfect and my makeup stayed fresh. She really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt in my entire life! Alena and the CEO beauty team were absolutely spectacular to work with for my wedding in April, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for clean, elegant and elevated natural hair and makeup looks.
From the start, Alena was super responsive, accommodating and provided a lot of helpful prep information. At the trial, we worked through different hair options (I didn’t know if I wanted half up or half down) but she pretty much nailed everything on the first try.
On the wedding day it was my four bridesmaids, mom and MIL doing hair and makeup done and everyone was super happy with how it came out. Not to mention, it stayed really well even after 10+ hours.
I did “two hair style” package, but it was so much more than that and one of the best decisions I made – it meant Alena stayed with me throughout the whole wedding (walking to central park for pictures, etc.) and was always ready with any touchups to make sure my hair and makeup looked perfect. I literally felt like she was my fairy godmother and have never felt prettier!
Overall, it was such a wonderful experience and Alena and the team are very skilled at what they do - you won't regret it! -

From initial contact, through hair and makeup trials (yes, trials!), and of course, on the wedding day, Alena and her team at CEO Beauty were absolutely fantastic. My mom, MIL, sister, and I all wanted hair and makeup trials, and CEO Beauty's team made it happen for everyone at times that worked for us. Alena invited me back, unprompted, for a second hair trial when I had some second thoughts about my look. On wedding day, Alena's full team was early and knocked hair and makeup out of the park for 15 ladies. Everyone looked incredible and many bridesmaids said they'd never had such wonderful HMU as a bridesmaid. Last but not least, Alena was INCREDIBLE to have as a bride. She stayed by my side right up until the ceremony -- making sure my hair (including veil) and makeup looked perfect throughout the bridal portraits, first looks, and photos with my husband, family, and wedding party. She was an extremely calming, pleasant presence and just wonderful to have around. My wedding was over a month ago and my mom is still raving about Alena :) I cannot recommend this team enough! -

CEO Beauty was easy to work with, responding quickly to messages and incorporating feedback from the hair and makeup trial. Barbara did an incredible job for both the hair and makeup trial and on my wedding day. She made me feel relaxed on the day of the wedding, and I love how everything turned out. She used hair extensions I purchased and made them blend in well with my hair. My hair and makeup stayed all night. i used CEO Beauty for my wedding day hair & makeup on october 11, 2024 and i can't say enough amazing things about the experience from start to finish! kate, who handles all email inquiries was SO responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. i had 13 girls besides myself needing h&mu done, so it was important that we had a solid schedule in place to keep things moving on my wedding morning. everything went perfectly, everyone looked and felt BEAUTIFUL, and the artists even finished up early. i used Tatiana for my h&mu which held up flawlessly and was everything i wanted and more. she carefully listened to the tweaks i had wanted after my trial with her and executed the adjustments perfectly. i cannot recommend CEO Beauty and Tatiana enough! -

My hair looked like a dream. It was everything i wanted it to be for my big day. And all of my bridesmaids loved their hair too and looked stunning! I worked with the co-founder Alena for both my trial and day-of makeup. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and did a wonderful job of replicating the hairstyle and makeup look I had requested. She also made my Maid of Honor feel relaxed and look stunning. Everyone who saw her work was blown away by how beautiful the results were - I don't think I could have looked any better! I felt so comfortable and confident on the big day, thanks in no small part to her work. Kate, the company's coordinator, was also very responsive and easy to work with. I very much recommend CEO Beauty as a hair/makeup vendor!

Alena is the absolute BEST! From the minute I reached out to her, I knew I was in good hands. We did a trial for my bridal shower in February and I felt instantly excited that she was my hair & makeup artist! She is professional, easy to work with and talk to, and truly takes the time to make sure you sure you are getting the look you want. We were in constant communication leading up to my wedding; which is SO helpful during a can be stressful time! On my wedding day, Alena and her team were incredible—myself all of my girls, my mom, my MILs and my flower girl looked unbelievable beautiful that day & we were complimented on all evening. They were so fun to work with, talk to, and made the day stress free and awesome. Alena was WONDERFUL to work with- super responsive and kind throughout the whole process. In the end I had three hair trials because I couldn't make up my mind and my hair color was hard to match with extensions, and Alena was so supportive through it all. I am OBSESSED with how my hair turned out- it was exactly what I wanted and Alena made it happen!!! I was truly sad when I had to take it out at the end of the night. Amazing Experience with Alena!!! 10/10
I feel SO lucky to have found Alena to do my hair for my wedding! She is so insanely talented and did an amazing job on myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids. Alena was so wonderful to work with from day one where she did a trial on me and my mom, which turned out so good. Then she was very supportive and understanding as we had to navigate postponing our wedding several times. On my wedding day, she and her assistant showed up right on time (even a little early!) and quickly got set up. They moved so fast through the morning and finished up early, spent time on touchups and she was so sweet teaching my sister how to maneuver the veil. Our hair turned out STUNNING! I was literally blown away, I thought it couldn’t get any better following the trial but wow. She can recreate any pinterest style, and my updo lasted all night long. I would HIGHLY recommend you hire Alena for your wedding or event, she was literally the best. -

You NEED Alena for your wedding day! From day one she was kind and professional. I hired her to style hair for myself and my bridesmaids, and she did a beautiful job. When my make-up artist cancelled the morning of the wedding, she also stepped in at the last minute to do my make-up, adapting to the added appointment without skipping a beat. Alena was a PLEASURE to work with, from start to finish! I saw a review from another bride who had used her in a FB group, and fell in love, and reached out. She was so sweet and personable, even through email, and quick to respond. I booked with her in 2018, and had to postpone twice, and through the postponements, she was so accommodating and kind. Booking a trial with her was quick and easy, and even though I elected to go to her studio in Jersey, she would have traveled to me for it had I wanted (for a fee of course). After, she asked for feedback, she was open to any criticism, and took notes on what I wanted changed. She is a true master of hair - I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it the first time. My hair has never looked better, and I knew I was in excellent hands for my wedding day. All of my bridesmaids and both of my mother-in-laws LOVED their hair, and she did it all herself; it didn't matter if she was doing an up-do, braid, half-up/down - it all came out stunning! She showed up on time on the day of the wedding at 7:15am, set up, and set to work, working straight through until 2pm, doing everyone's hair and then touch-ups. She even waited for me to do the first look with my dad and then put my veil in for me after (even though it was well past the time when she was scheduled to be done). She gave me a hair spray to keep for touch-ups throughout the night, and taught my mom how to take my veil out without causing any disruption to my hair. My cathedral length veil was heavy, and went up a mountain and down a long concrete aisle, and never once budged because she installed it so perfectly. I would recommend Alena to anyone, without hesitation!!! She is kind, patient, talented, and reasonably priced!! -

Alena is so amazing and made me feel so beautiful on my day! She really made my vision come to life and all my wedding dreams come true. I truly did not know that my hair could do what it did but she made it happen! She is attentive, responds to emails and messages quickly, and is super accommodating. Hair is such an art, and Alena proves that. She was very responsive with her emails and answered any questions I had. With the trial, I showed her my Pinterest pins, and she made the style work for my hair type. I was afraid to dye my hair for the big day so she recommended ombre extensions for me to purchase. She sent me the link and they matched my hair perfectly! On my wedding day, Alena showed up on time and was a perfectionist with my hair. It lasted the whole day, which included some heat, wind, and the constant adding and removing of the veil. I got so many complements on my look. What sweetened the deal too was that she offered advice on how to use a broken hair vine I could no longer use to make all of the bridesmaids match. By breaking vine up, each girl had a nice hairpiece. Seriously, look no further than Alena. -

10/10 alena is the best
Alena is seriously a hidden gem! I found her on Instagram one day and loved her style. I had a few hair style options in mind for my bridesmaids and sent her example photos. She exceeded the photos and everyone's hair looked amazing! She arrived early, did 8 bridesmaids, never ran behind schedule, and even had time for touch ups before photos! I truly can't thank her enough!! She did AMAZING and was the sweetest person as well! Very reasonably priced compared to others and in my opinion she is wayyyy better! I would highly recommend Alena to anyone for their wedding, you will not be disappointed! -

Alena was a perfect fit for me when I was selecting my vendors! She was so easy to communicate with and she was timely in her responses. Trying to find someone who does amazing work that is reasonably priced is a hard combination to find and I felt that I found a gem when I found Alena. We officially didn’t meet until the day of my wedding, due to The Pandemic, but from how we communicated and her professionalism I knew it would turn our amazing! I highly recommend booking with her if you are in the NJ/PA or surrounding areas. You won’t regret it! -

I hired Alena for my 9/19/20 wedding and I'm so glad I got to work with her! She did hair for me and 3 of my bridesmaids and everyone loved how their hair turned out! I did a trial with Alena where I was torn between a half-up look and an updo. She graciously offered to trial both looks which made my decision much easier. I decided to go with the low updo and it turned out beautifully on my wedding day -- I got so many compliments! Alena does incredible work (at a really great price!) and I'd highly recommend her to other brides! -

Alena was very responsive to all of my emails. Before my hair trial she provided with sample work which helped me choose my style for the wedding day. On my wedding day she was so quick styling everyone's hair we were ahead of schedule!! My bridesmaids said this was the first time they didn't feel rushed during a wedding.
Alena worked with everyone's styles and did touch ups before leaving. She was great!! -

She is so accommodating and did an AMAZING job for my wedding (I even referred her to my friend that was getting married a couple months after me). She is just the sweetest person ever, she makes you feel at ease. Very professional, punctual, and is able to do both hair and make up extremely well, which I felt was hard to find in the price range I was looking for. She's also really good at braids, I didn't get one but my maid of honor got a Rapunzel long braid which was absolutely stunning. Bring a Pinterest picture to her and she'll actually be able to recreate it. Highly recommend!
