Kara was legit the best! She went above and beyond leading up to my wedding, the day of, and even after. The day of she handled everything with professionalism and the upmost urgency. We ran out of food and she was on it right away to have trays replaced and handled seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding she was answering all of my questions timely and genuinely cared about my now husband and Is experience through everything. She was able to answer even the most out there questions and handled last minute changes like a champ. After the wedding my shoe was left at the venue and she picked it up for me and shipped it back to me since I was not local! I could not recommend Kara enough our wedding day would not have been the same without her!

Working with Kara was wonderful! From the first phone call we had with her, we knew she was the right choice for us as a wedding coordinator. She was kind, caring, organized, and thorough, and we could just tell she knew what she was doing. We always enjoyed our meetings with Kara! She is so sweet and personable. She's even great about kindly following up if you're not the best about responding to emails (which I can be guilty of at times). She saw our vision and championed it! Kara from Enchanted Events PDX was such a delight to work with. We hired her as our wedding planner so she was with us throughout the whole process; checking in regularly, making vendor recommendations, creating a day of timeline, liaising with the venue, and making sure we hadn't forgotten anything. When Kara ran our rehearsal, I was so grateful with how smoothly everything went and how wonderful she was with our flower girl. Kara Sinclair was so engaging, truly took the time to know MOB, Bride and groom and assisted us in putting together a lovely day and evening. I hired Kara as a day of coordinator and received so much more. While meeting with other vendors she suggested questions we might ask, suggested vendors when I had not chosen someone. We had 4 zoom meetings (covid times) and of course she was there to run us through the rehearsal. Kara is extremely kind yet has a firm hand when needed. I am unsure there were things going sideways- as there always are - but I never knew until after the fact, she handled it all with grace. Her eye for design was so appreciated by the bride and groom. The groom said to me at the end, this is exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. So many guests came up to me and asked who this marvel of a woman was. You will be thrilled with Kara. PICK KARA AS YOUR COORDINATOR! You will be glad you did!

Kara is the BEST! We brought her on very close to the wedding day and I am so happy that we did. She was communicative, kind and helped us solve problems on the fly! The day went so smooth having her there to check in with our vendors, help with set up and she even made sure we ate throughout the day and drank water :)

Kara was so incredible to work with! She was so organized and asked all the right questions in the lead up to our big day. We went into our wedding weekend feeling confident and fully supported. On the day itself, Kara was on top of everything. I arrived at the venue absolutely taken aback by the set-up and decor. Kara helped our event run smoothly - even when we made time changes to account for things running faster than expected. At the end of the night, Kara packed everything up for us and made clean up a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better day!
