At an elevation of 550 ft., the estate overlooks the Pajaro Valley and Monterey Bay to the south and the California Coastal redwood-covered Santa Cruz Mountains to the east.

Included in the venue fee is exclusive access to the estate from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., access to all exterior areas of the villa (ceremony main, minmony terrace, loggias, courtyard, olive grove, olive bluff, pool-lawn area, etc.), interior access to the guest house, access to prep kitchen for catering, security, restrooms, golf cart for vendor use, and CBI event management personnel.

A two-hour rehearsal the day preceding the event.

To produce an event at Casa Blanca Interlaken, clients must contract a comprehensive (full-service) wedding or event planner.

Clients contract vendors necessary to produce their unique event (catering, bar, entertainment, rentals, etc.). To facilitate the planning process, we have assimilated a preferred vendor network comprised of talented and reputable industry professionals that produce distinguished and seamless events for clients to choose from which is featured on our website.
