Casa Blanca Interlaken is a private estate located on approximately 40 acres located in the southernmost tip of the Santa Cruz Mountains in Interlaken, CA. At an elevation of 550 ft., the estate overlooks the Pajaro Valley and Monterey Bay to the south and the California Coastal redwood-covered Santa Cruz Mountains to the east.

Casa Blanca Interlaken offers single-day buyouts starting at $30,000.00 (2027 pricing).

Budget:

Clients should approximate a minimum of $1,000.00 per guest: e.g. 100 guests $100,000.00

Inclusion:

Included in the venue fee is exclusive access to the estate from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. (guest departure), access to all exterior areas of the villa (ceremony main, "minimony" terrace, loggias, courtyard, olive grove, olive bluff, pool-lawn area, etc.), interior access to the guest house, access to prep kitchen for catering, security, portable event restrooms, golf cart for vendor use, and CBI event management personnel.

A two-hour rehearsal the day preceding the event.

Vendors:

To produce an event at Casa Blanca Interlaken, clients must contract a comprehensive (full-service) wedding or event planner.

Clients contract vendors necessary to produce their unique event (catering, bar, entertainment, rentals, etc.).

To facilitate the planning process, we have assimilated a preferred vendor network comprised of talented and reputable industry professionals that produce distinguished and seamless events for clients to choose from which is featured on our website.
