The Best In The Bay! (No seriously... they have the award to prove it!)
I looked into a wedding planner shortly after booking our venue, as things started to feel 'real' and were moving quickly. I had a tons of ideas in my head but didn't know where to start when it came to tying them together. Outside of ideas and aesthetics, plans/vendors/contract agreements seemed to keep changing, and changing, anddd channgginnnggg due to COVID.
Hiring Victoria gave us the peace of mind we needed during such stressful time and truly felt like a wedding fit to ourselves. From our intro call to our wedding day - Victoria was extremely prompt, friendly, organized, diligent, and a total rockstar! She was able to take my ideas and translate everything perfectly into the big day.
Victoria's thoughtfulness and experience with design, contracts, vendor communication, venues, scheduling/timelines, and her overall feel for the industry as a whole, sets your wedding day up for success (seriously - her scheduling skills are unreal. I don't know how she perfectly designed the day-of to encompass everything we wanted - but she did it and did it seamlessly). I'd hire her for future events and parties in a heartbeat!

The Best Wedding Planner Out There!
We were planning our wedding in 3 months, which should have stressed out all parties involved (us, planner, vendors, guests), but because of Victoria, if anyone was ever stressed out, we never knew about it or felt it. She put endless time and effort into every single detail with us, and made the whole process entirely stress free.
From day 1, before we had even hired her, Victoria made us feel truly cared for. She genuinely cared about our wedding and wanted to help us create our day exactly how we envisioned it. There were many areas that we had no real vision or ideas, and Victoria helped us fill in all the blanks with her understanding of us, our likes/dislikes, and her vast knowledge of all things ‘wedding’. We had some totally weird/crazy dreams we were trying to turn into a reality, and she made us feel like they weren’t crazy at all and was 100% on board to help make each dream come to life.
Her communication skills are unreal - she is put together, warm and embracing, yet still concise to get things done. She is extremely thorough and organized.
She was incredibly thoughtful of our budget and worked extra hard negotiating with our vendors and finding DIY ideas to help us save money.
Victoria was able to put out all small flames before they ever became fires. A few days before our outdoor wedding, it looked like full rain was expected for the wedding day. Victoria went out of her way to coordinate with the Venue, DJ, Caterer, and Florist to get us use of a clear outdoor tent (that wasn’t supposed to be in use for months) so that we could still have the outdoor wedding of our dreams despite the rain. And even through that, she kept our stress levels entirely down and handled everything with composure, kindness, and grace.
She was available any time we needed her and put in WAY more work than we ever could have expected. Honestly with how much work she put in for us all the time, I don’t know how she was able to have any other clients- she made us feel like we were the only ones.
Overall, Victoria is an awesome person, fun to work with, and OUTSTANDING at her job. If you want to have the best wedding experience possible - organized so it runs smoothly, customized to fit you so it’s extra special, and stress free so you can actually enjoy ALL of it (even the planning) - hire Victoria because I don’t think there’s anyone else out there as good as she is.

Mother of the Bride
Smooth and effortless, hands down the greatest!
Once we decided to go ahead with Belle & Events the whole payment process was so easy. We signed the contract and payments were set up on a monthly basis leading up to the big day.
Leading up to the big day, Victoria was always easy to get in touch with if we had any questions or concerns along with any tips and advice to guide us in making some decisions. She was really great at helping us to stay calm, cool and collected during our moments of fluster and overwhelm. Victoria helped us to establish and organize our wedding guest list and website, seating/floor chart, as well as all our contact information for all our vendors.
Victoria was always on time for all our scheduled meetings and met with us at our venue for our food tasting. She came with her notes all ready, examined the venue thoroughly and gave her thoughts on set up as we planned linens and such. She is just as awesome in person as she is handling business through zoom meetings and phone calls/texts.
My now husband and I truly felt that we could breathe a bit during that month leading up to the wedding. Which is crazy to think right? Since you'd probably think that you'd be even more overwhelmed with the wedding day approaching but we felt we were in good hands the whole time. Victoria helped us with designing our venue and getting in all the last minute details all the way down to the candles and signage. She also worked with us to plan out the timelines for both ceremony and reception which gave us a clear big picture of what the day would look like. She made contact with all our vendors making sure everyone was on the same page. Victoria was very detail oriented with everything!
When it came to our wedding day, everything was executed beautifully! She coordinated all the vendors, her team was prompt and professional and helped to set up both ceremony and reception venues and the day seriously flowed beautifully and effortlessly. If there was any behind the scenes drama, we didn't feel a thing because she was on top of everything. Even post-wedding she finalized some details and helped us to handle a few snags we hit with some vendors but she helped us to resolve all issues even scoring us a refund! We felt we could relax!

Best coordinator/planner ever!
Made our wedding BETTER than we had expected!
During the planning phase, she was extremely helpful in reviewing our vendor contracts for accuracy and completeness. She was a savvy negotiator and advocate for us with our vendors. She made great recommendations as to the flow of the ceremony and even menu selections. She was an expert advisor which helped us stay within budget. .
The week before the wedding I gave Victoria the reigns so I could focus on my guests and prepare for the wedding. She made wise decisions on our behalf and checked in often to make sure we remained in sync.
When difficulties came up, she was calm and ready with at least 2 great solutions before I had a chance to worry. We put our trust in her hands which give us the ability to really enjoy our wedding.

Could not have asked for more
I was initially skeptical of the need for a wedding coordinator, but Victoria was an invaluable asset that ensured the whole day went perfectly. She met with me regularly before the wedding to iron out every detail and was always super friendly and prompt with responses. She created timelines for all my vendors, ensured they had everything they needed on the day, spray painted candle holders to match my decor, helped fight a few battles to ensure we weren’t overcharged, and organized all our items at the end of the day to ensure they were delivered back to our room (and a lot more). She’d ask questions I hadn’t thought of like - do I have enough single ladies for the bouquet toss or will it be awkward? She reminded me to break in my wedding shoes ahead of time with thick socks (excellent tip!), and ensured I had all the right information on my wedding website. She organized the rehearsal for us when I was having trouble finding a location. There are a million tiny details she oversaw for me, and I could not be more grateful that she was there.
My wedding day was the fastest day of my life – so I’m thrilled that I had someone around to ensure we stuck to the schedule and got everything done that we wanted. By the end of the night, my buddy congratulated me on “the only flawless wedding he’d ever been to!” I think that speaks volumes, and I’d generally agree. Thank you Victoria for the excellent service!!
