We chose to use Mary Beth as our photographer after meeting her at a bridal show. She was super friendly, confident and laid back, which made it really easy to connect with her. My now husband and I can feel awkward a lot of times taking photos, but our engagement session was super laid back and Mary Beth made it really comfortable. She was always responsive to any questions we had and we are so grateful for her making our day so perfect. She was very directive at the wedding, which is exactly what I needed that day, but never intrusive. All my guests talked about how they didn't even notice a photographer around. We opted to have a second photographer. Mary Beth's choice was just as amazing and we loved them both! They captured every single moment possible and got every little detail, as I said before, without even being noticed. The pictures are absolutely beautiful (fresh snow may have helped and we are happy they made it in the storm safely to photograph it all!). We would not change a thing about the day. The best part was the Reveal Party Mary Beth does after. Instead of just sending us the photos, she came over to our house and gave us a slide show with some of the best photos of the night. We had our families over and she read a questionnaire that she had asked both of us ahead of time. It was such a nice way to round out the end of the wedding festivities. Also, we got the photos back within a week of our wedding, which was amazing. I would recommend Mary Beth to anyone. She was absolutely fantastic and you can't go wrong.

My names Amanda and it's been 5 years since Capture photographed my wedding day and Marybeth has become a life long friend. Mary Beth was the most professional, amazing, coolest human being we have ever worked with. We could have not had a better photographer. Hiring Mary Beth to capture our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We knew as soon as we met her that she would be amazing to work with, as she was so easy to get along with. We bonded over our love of our dogs, and then saw she had shot at our wedding venue before. We started with an engagement shoot which I thought would have been awkward and forced. Mary Beth has an amazing eye for shots, and made us feel at ease. The whole time we were able to act as ourselves and not worry about being in stiff poses. The day of the wedding, Mary Beth came with her assistant Melissa (who is just an amazing human being). She came in and immediately got down to business capturing our day. We have huge families and the two of them were able to keep the picture process moving while ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. It rained on our wedding day and Mary Beth took some of our favorite pictures out in the rain. The whole day was amazing, and it's been incredible to relive it through her photographs. We aren’t sure where to begin when it comes to RAVING about our KICKASS photographer, Mary Beth, owner of Capture Photography. From the moment I met her at a bridal show, I knew she would “capture” (pun intended) our wedding exactly how we wanted! My husband and I are not very formal people and we wanted a casual but awesome wedding and wanted to remember it that way! We knew we wanted someone who would not only take “formal” pictures of our family, bridal party and us but would be able to put our love, happiness and excitement into photos and she did exactly that. I knew once we had our engagement session (and she not only let us bring our 2yr. old chocolate lab to the shoot but incorporated him beautifully into the pictures) that Mary Beth was one-of-a-kind!

There were a few “special” pictures I had wanted taken during the wedding and Mary Beth was so accommodating and excited about some ideas we had! We also had a photo booth at the wedding and I cannot tell you how excited we were to see the pictures! Some of the quietest guests were dressed up, laughing and having an awesome time! Even at the end of the night when they were packing it up, we got the whole bridal party over there to take more pictures and she was more than happy to take a few final shots! There were some pretty special, heartwarming and downright funny moments throughout the day and I would not have trusted anyone else to put those moments into photos.
