We booked a block of rooms at Cape Ann Marina for our wedding in July, and had a great experience. Elyse was absolutely wonderful to work with, and was extremely helpful in the busy weeks leading up to the wedding. T

Everything was well executed from beginning to end with some minor setbacks. The pricing was more than what we had wanted, however, comparable to other ones. This vendor allows outside catering for the reception and that's where an expected savings has potential to fall short. The prep and planning were done well and timely and last minute changes amenable.

I had my Wedding Reception at the Mile Marker One on June 25th 1013. First off I would like to say how hard it was to find a place that would accommodate a small wedding (mine was about 25 people) The Mile Marker One accommodated us and at a very reasonable price! They were amazing! Elyse Was so helpful and wonderful to work with! She helped me get everything planned, she set up everything perfectly for us and even went the extra mile to set up the tables and my cake table perfectly! I can't say enough about how wonderful she was and the rest of the staff. The other members of the staff who served us were so helpful, so nice, and extremely punctual in everything that they did! The food was amazing! We had lunch there the day before which was great and the food at the reception was great as well!
The only thing that I would say wasn't great was that the bathroom was through the pool room which wasn't very convenient on a hot day to walk through in a wedding dress. It would be great if they added another bathroom that was air conditioned for formal gatherings. But that one thing wouldn't come close to override the wonderful experience we had at the Mile Marker one!
