Facilities and Capacity

C Bar Ranch features a stately, air-conditioned, built-for-weddings facility with elegant chandeliers, wood ceilings and floors, lovely draping, and reception seating for 200. The main room is equipped with two wall-mounted, 55-inch, high-definition televisions and a complete audio-visual system for your use, with a smart wireless microphone for slideshows, music, and announcements. The building has an easily accessible, warming kitchen for your caterer, with ample room for food preparation and cake cutting on rolling tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer, refrigerator, two ovens, a three-compartment sink, plating tables, and more.

Choose to have your ceremony on the patio under the oaks, on the dock by the pond, in a forest-edged field, or at the barn front. Side porches feature lighting, built-in cocktail tables, and ceiling fans. A patio area under large oak trees features a fire pit and is illuminated with market lights and uplighting under the trees. There are separate dressing areas for the bride’s and groom’s parties, complete with private bathrooms, speak-easy doors, mini bar, coffee bar, comfortable furniture, full-length mirrors, smart televisions, and makeup stations with salon chairs for the ladies. You can choose to open these areas out to the main room for your reception to allow your guests to enjoy these spaces, too. There are plenty of ADA-accessible restrooms available for guests and a separate, luxurious, ladies’ lounge with an electric fireplace that can be used as a quiet area for nursing mothers or guests hoping to hold quiet conversations.

Services Offered

Our most popular wedding package includes three days of private access at the ranch, plus many included services, such as tablecloth use with the choice of about 20 colors. Couples have access to the property the day before the wedding to rehearse, relax, and decorate between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. You even may hold your rehearsal dinner on the property. Then have all-day access on the day of the wedding as early as 7 a.m. to begin getting ready, until as late as 11 p.m. for their celebration. They can return the day after from 8 a.m. until noon to retrieve items left behind, including vehicles. Couples also get exclusive, private access to the venue and grounds for their engagement photos.

The fully enclosed barn includes tables and chairs for up to 200 people and plenty of space for a dance floor, bar, DJ, band, photobooth, and more. And you're welcome to bring all your favorite vendors. Ranch staff will set up for your reception in any configuration you’d like, and they are happy to advise on a floor plan that would work well for your event. They have a vast selection of decor from which you can choose, including antique whiskey barrels, centerpieces, lanterns, signs, shepherd's hooks, easels, glassware, silk flowers and garlands, table numbers, and much more. They also can provide yard games, such as Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, and corn hole personalized with your last name. They want it to feel like your personal party barn for the weekend.

Representatives from C Bar Ranch will help with parking and will be on-site during your event to monitor the cleanliness of facilities, replenish restrooms, and handle any concerns that may arise, and to help other vendors work as a team to make it your Best Day Ever.
