In January 2025, I saw my perfect dress, the Cassidy from Serene by Madi Lane, on TikTok. It was posted by a bridal shop in Utah, so I went to that shop’s website, found the designer’s name, then went to the designer’s website, and finally found the one shop in New Jersey that carried Serene by Madi Lane: Bridals By Cyndi!
I called Cyndi that same day and found out she had the dress, and it was well within my budget. I drove 90 minutes to her shop, and she already had the Cassidy sample pulled and ready in the dressing room for me. I bought it on the spot. Cyndi even reached out to the designer to help me customize the dress with buttons down the back. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.
Her shop is beautiful, clean, well organized, and clearly a labor of love. She also recommended a wonderful seamstress, Patricia, at Michelle Manelli’s Boutique and Alterations (my review for them is also on my profile). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better dress.

Cyndi operates a tight and affordable bridal salon with dresses for all styles and sizes. She is completely willing to listen to the bride's thoughts and desires and worth within them including working within the available budget. She was even able to find my dream dress in her storage from the previous year and give me a generous "last season off the rack" discount of 50%!

I had been to two other salons prior to Bridals by Cyndi, and ya know what they say..third time’s a charm! I chatted with Cyndi over the phone to schedule my appointment and she couldn’t have been any nicer! She took a few moments to get to know me and what I was looking for which made me feel so comfortable going into it. When I arrived for my appointment, Michele and Cyndi made us feel so comfortable and at home. Michele, an absolute sweetheart, was my bridal consultant and boy, did I give her a run for her money. Although I had narrowed down my options to four gowns between the other salons I’d visited, I still didn’t REALLY know what I wanted and was kind of all over the place. Michele was able to look at some pictures listen to what I was thinking and started to pull some gowns while I pulled my own from the selection in the store. She was so great to work with and was really able to tell when I loved or didn’t love a dress and when she knew I didn’t, she told me and got me out of it and into the next one quickly! This was so helpful to me because I was starting to talk myself into liking every dress I tried on making it even harder. It turned out that one of the first gowns she pulled ended up being MY dress! Cyndi is amazing! She really knows her stuff and I HIGHLY recommend her to all brides. Cyndi knew exactly what would look perfect on me and my body type and she was right! I had the best experience with Bridals by Cyndi when searching for my dress for my 5/29/21 wedding. You will have the store to yourself for your appointment and will have one-on-one attention with your bridal consultant. The dresses at Cyndi's are so unique--you won't find ones like them anywhere else! The consultants listen to what you want and help find the best style for you. The fittings and alterations processes are also incredibly smooth. Cyndi offers in-house alterations, and Mira's work is just incredible. My dress fit perfectly after my 3 fittings, and I absolutely loved how I looked on my wedding day! A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Bridals by Cyndi is the most adorable bridal dress shop and Cyndi and her staff are so sweet and absolutely amazing to work with!! They make your experience feel so special - when you make an appointment they have a welcome sign with your name on it out front and even give you a glass of champagne while you shop! They are so helpful and easy going - it was the absolute best experience I had at any bridal shop I went to. I had actually originally found the dress I ended up buying at a different store, but when I went to Bridals by Cyndi I just knew I had to buy it from her because of the amount of care and attention everyone at the shop had given us. They were so flexible with us, too, as we had to change our wedding date due to COVID-19 and they made sure I could still get to the shop for all of my fittings. And their seamstress, Dora is INCREDIBLE!! She is one of the best seamstresses and was able to fix every little detail we asked for. Cyndi is so much fun and everyone at the shop makes you feel so good about yourself - I cannot recommend Bridals by Cyndi enough!! Thank you Cyndi!
