We had the privilege of having Sarah support us with month of coordinating. She helped us make a COVID wedding transform into an incomparable intimate gathering. Her attention to detail, and quick thinking with last minute adjustments made our wedding day exactly what we wanted (and with adjustments, even better!) Hire Sarah, you won’t regret it!
After recommendations from my sister and mother in law, we secured Sarah as our wedding planner. It was honestly the best decision we could’ve made. She was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without her. As this year has required, she was flexible through our many changes in plans. She has tons of knowledge of any kind of vendor needed for a wedding so she was able to source and advise on whether their pricing was in line with industry norms. Sarah made wedding planning fun, we got to do a lot of the choosing while she did all the work on the back end to make it happen, never appearing at all stressed. She made the day of our wedding go so smoothly where I truly didn’t worry because I knew she had it handled and I trusted her to make decisions that would be in line with our vision. I would highly recommend Sarah, she will help you make your dream wedding happen!

An Amazing Wedding Coordinator
As the mother of the bride, Sarah was indispensable. First off, when Inslee announced on a Thursday that all gatherings of 30 or more were prohibited after August 6th (My daughters was August 9), Sarah had the entire wedding moved one week earlier by Friday afternoon! She is amazing. She had everything taken care of. On the day of the wedding, I was able to bring decorations and she added those to her tasks for the day. I had one concern about the toast, I told Sarah, and she took care of it. I was able to enjoy the wedding with my family and not worry about one thing except myself. Such a lovely experience for me and my family. She is already planning my other daughters wedding for 2021. I would highly recommend her.

Sarah is amazing!
Sarah is the most amazing person when it comes to planning weddings and being the day coordinator. We has to reschedule our wedding a total of 3 times and Sarah was there with us every bit of the way, helping us navigate throughout the entire process. She made the day of wedding stress free as well as the days leading up to it. She was always offering to help and it shows that she genuinely cares about her clients. I also did floral through Brick + Willow and the flowers were amazing. They were everything I had ever wanted and more. I highly recommend her! We are so thankful to have had such an amazing day!

Saved this corona bride
Sarah is personable and brilliant and it is obvious from the moment we met. We had initially hired her for “month of coordinator” services but as the pandemic progressed it was clear that we would not be able to use her to her full capacity. Sarah still made sure that all of our needs are met and helped as much as she could virtually. She has a lot of awesome tools for brides who are planning a Wedding and I could not recommend her enough!

Sarah is Amazing!!!!
Sarah was amazing to work with. As a mother of the bride, I couldn't have asked for more. She took our little ideas and made them into more than the sum of their parts! It was beautiful and she made it seem easy and stress-free! I loved her style and her ability to work within our dreams and our budget without making it feel like we should be spending more. My daughter and son-in-laws wedding couldn't have been more perfect - Sarah thought of absolutely everything!!!

Incredibly organized and helpful
We used Brick and Willow for both wedding planning and flowers. Sarah knew all the right questions to ask. She was very knowledgeable and organized. She understood our budget and helped us find the right vendors, then communicated with them and kept track of all the details. She was willing to make decisions on her own, and was very encouraging and helpful in making some of our non-tranditional ideas a reality. On the wedding day she quick to take care of details I hadn't even thought about. I would recommend Brick and Willow to anyone planning a wedding.

As a wedding photographer, here's my experience:
As a wedding photographer, I've done countless weddings. So I guess you can say I've worked with many, many event coordinators.
Sarah is the best coordinator I've had the pleasure of working with. She is always present, responsive, and incredibly she has the ability to see the big picture (vision) but she's not afraid to get her hands dirty (e.g. re-arranging/perfecting little flower arrangements). ;)
Highly recommended! At bare minimum, call Sarah just to get some ideas from her. I think you'll be delighted.
