Even though had a small wedding on a Tuesday, I was incredibly daunted at the whole wedding planning process. The minute I spoke to Colleen, there was a whole weight lifted off my shoulders!! She came through with all the tools I needed to get organized, was incredibly communicative and experienced, and she executed every part of the wedding seamlessly!! She helped out so much with the rehearsal and ensuring my family knew what to do. My wedding ceremony and reception were at two separate locations, and she navigated both with ease. She gave me so much confidence before the event that I was having an such a fun time on the day-of!! She is amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Colleen!

People kept saying how much of a "chill" bride I was, and I can only contribute that to Colleen, who gave me the confidence that everything and everyone would be taken care of. I am a highly anxious person, and Colleen helped me through the whole process to calm down and feel like everything was going to be okay, along with thinking through all the details so there were no last-minute decisions to be made. 10/10 recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things about Collen Gibson! She was the coordinator I chose for my wedding day in Seattle. We hired her for day-of services, and she exceeded expectations in every way. She was organized, hands on, had great tips to keep us on track, and worked great with all my vendors. Colleen is everything we wanted and more from a day-of coordinator. We planned our own wedding, but knew we needed someone who could manage the day and make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. I love that her services are designed exactly for that purpose. Her services are also very affordable and helped us have a reasonably priced wedding - but honestly, I think she is worth every penny and more!

I truly cannot recommend her enough. She was so organized, communicative, and calm through the whole process. Part of her services includes a meeting about a month before the big day to go over all of the details - I immediately felt so calm and reassured after this meeting. I knew right away that I could trust her to handle anything and everything, and felt really good about relinquishing control to her, which is not always easy for me to do! She also didn't make me feel bad or weird about doing things a certain way, or about not doing certain traditions, but also made some very important and helpful suggestions that I didn't think to include or factor in.

On the day of, we had a pretty big problem - the food truck did not show up in time, but Colleen managed the whole crisis with minimal involvement from me. It ended up all working out in the end and I would not have been able to handle it without her!

Colleen is the perfect mix of calm but totally on top of it all - exactly what you need at a wedding. I wish everyone I knew was getting married just so I could recommend her to them!

I was originally not planning on having a wedding coordinator but after talking to a few friends whose daughters were recently married, I am really happy that I did. Colleen was amazing to work with. Very easy to talk to, pro-active in communicating with the vendors and myself. She always responded quickly to questions that I had and provided thoughtful insight to wedding day decisions that needed to be made. She arrived early on the wedding day and had everything set up in time and the ceremony and reception went on without any issues at all. My husband and I had Colleen as our day-of wedding coordinator in July of 2021, down in Oregon City, when there was a pocket of Covid freedom and we were permitted to have as many guests as we desired. Having a destination wedding, at a newer venue that required we oversee all set-up and take down, was a detail that I totally missed as the Bride. Thankfully, Colleen "wrangled" necessary family members and delegated out tasks with ease. Both set-up and take-down were seamless and the feedback I received from my fam/friends who helped were that Colleen was direct, kind, and everyone understood she was in charge! As the Bride, it was a relief to walk in and see that my vision had come to life, without me even being there. It allowed me more freedom to just enjoy the day, stress-free. My husband and I appreciated Colleen's professionalism and execution of our "wants" but the real bonus is that she's also lovely to work with. At the end of your wedding, you're going to have a friend who treated your event with actual care and investment, not just as a "job." I've already had 1 friend hire Colleen via a referral (and who she met at our wedding!) and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a FAB day-of coordinator!

We hired Colleen as our day-of coordinator for our 150 person wedding in July 2021 and it was the best decision!

She did everything from the timing of the wedding ceremony, leading my aunts with the table decor and even helping groomsmen pin on their boutonnières (pictured).

If I would have had to manage all of the day-of little changes that Colleen did (such as the weather starting to sprinkle even though it was 90 degrees and the caterer being 30 minutes late) I wouldn’t have been able to be fully present. With her help, I was!
