As your coordinator, my goal is to ensure you have the ability to enjoy your day without having to worry. Once all the details are handed off to me, the day of your wedding will be seamlessly orchestrated and stress-free.
Services Offered
A description of my services are listed below:
- Pre-event meeting to discuss all event information, review timeline, and go over day of needs.
- Once booked, as much communication as necessary via phone, text, or email leading up to the event.
- 12 hours of coordination on the day of the event, with the option to add more hours. Arrival and departure at the time requested by the customer.
- Working with vendors on the day of the event to make sure all aspects of the day run smoothly and according to the customer’s wishes.
- Timing and release of wedding party procession.
- Any troubleshooting required throughout the event.
- Wedding party emergency kit provided.
- Access to my editable planning document.
- Travel within 45 miles (roughly 1 hour) included.
