Blue Ivy was absolutely amazing!! We used Blue Ivy’s Day of Coordinator services this past summer for our wedding and we are so happy we did! Our venue did not have a coordinator or any help/guidance day-of and thankfully we listened to the advice of many to seek out a strong day-of coordinator. Blue Ivy helped us in the weeks leasing up to our wedding to help firm up almost every detail of our day from wake-up to the end of the night in the most efficient way. Where do I begin ! Every aspect of my interactions with Blue Ivy Events was perfection ! Veronica and her team are ON IT ! They hone in on what your desires are and what your budget is and most importantly keep you focused ! I'm an interior designer with definite views on how I wanted my wedding to look and the over all feel for the entire 3 day destination wedding event. We had guest from all over the US and Europe. Blue Ivy worked seamlessly with my office and all of my vendors to make our day everything we had hoped for ! They made it possible for me to sit back and actually enjoy my wedding !! After speaking with her the first time I could hear through her confidence that she had loads of experience.

She knew exactly how to guide me through the process so that not a single thing fell through the cracks.

Then on the day of she was our God send.

Our wedding was so stressfree!!

I did not have to think about a single thing except for my husband.

Even if there were some bumps in the road I had NO IDEA..bc VERONICA took care of it.

I love this girl and her team. From the moment we contacted her to inquire about her packages, rates/pricing and our options, she's very prompt and got back to us immediately. We actually sent inquiries the same time as the other wedding planners but they came back after few days, unlike her after few hours I have already an email from her saying when is the best time for us to have a conference call for interview, she is awesome and she's very serious with what she's doing. That's why we decided to hire her for full coordination for our wedding last August 8. Right after we signed up with her, you will receive this very helpful portal (a google doc spreadsheet). The most useful tool for us when we were planning our wedding, it has tabs for different things, such as the budget, thing to do (status), guests information, sitting charts, parties information and so on and so forth (I actually still use this portal as my file for my guests address up to now even the wedding is over). She took care everything for me and helped me get the right vendors that will provide what we need and will fit on our budget. She even helped me make sure all our contracts with the vendors were right and fair. And if she see something is not right, she will fight for it and will make sure you know she is on your side. Of course, this is my first wedding and totally don't have any idea of everything, but Veronica made sure that we covered all the details that needs to be done. How I love that she always has answers for you and even give you more information than what you were really asking. She always gives you options, pros and cons that will help you to decide.

Blue Ivy was incredibly helpful in planning and executing our vision for our perfect wedding. From the design, to the rental logistics, to the day of assistance, the team was instrumental in making sure our big day went off without a hitch. We had a special circumstance in that we held our ceremony in the same space where we were having our reception, so it was very important that we had all hands on deck and that the room was transformed quickly and carefully. Veronica is so respectful of your budget and consistently went to bat for us with vendors over prices (without us even asking). It didn't matter if it was $10 or $1,000, if she thought it wasn't a fair price, she wouldn't stop until she found a better price or talked the vendor down.

There is no one else who has her creativity, passion, attention to detail, persistence, or work ethic. Period. End of story. She worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect and was always available by text, phone, email, Skype, etc. Her standards were higher than our own (I am pretty sure the word "settle" isn't in her vocabulary). When she revealed our reception room to us for the first time (which involved transforming a giant studio space into an enchanted forest), she had tears in her eyes-- that is how passionate she is about her work.

Veronica and Hannah made a great team! They gave us so many exceptional suggestions and really made our wedding special. They were always there to take care of the not so fun stuff for me which was a huge relief!!
