Brides! If you are in need of a wedding planner/coordinator/an expert for any aspect of wedding planning services, look no further! Veronica is the most talented, creative and professional planner and I would recommend Blue Ivy's services to any family or friend. She spent hours with me defining and refining my wedding vision. Her life experience, authenticity and artistic nature is something that you won't find with other planners. My brother was married a few months before me and I had the unique opportunity to see first-hand how much value Veronica and her team provided us compared to other (much larger) wedding planning vendors. Seriously, her value is unparalleled - not only in the time she puts into understanding you as a bride and perfecting your bridal vision, but also in her commitment to finding you the best vendors for the best price and really being the bride's agent for your special day. Our wedding was at a private residence which makes everything more challenging since you start with zero infrastructure other than a lawn (not to mention 2022 was an extremely popular year to get married due to Covid). Veronica was able to put my dream together with the best quality vendors and staff. Our guests cannot stop telling us how our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and it wouldn't have happened without Blue Ivy. Veronica is a super, super talent, detail-oriented, driven and incredibly fun to be around. She's a true gem. Everything Veronica does is above and beyond while being focused entirely on bringing your personal and bridal style to life. I couldn't have planned my wedding without her and look forward to working with again for future celebrations!!

Blue Ivy did our DAY OF Coordination and were a KEY player in the success of our wedding. Andrea & Lindsey were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Where do I begin ! Every aspect of my interactions with Blue Ivy Events was perfection ! Veronica and her team are ON IT ! They hone in on what your desires are and what your budget is and most importantly keep you focused ! I'm an interior designer with definite views on how I wanted my wedding to look and the over all feel for the entire 3 day destination wedding event. We had guest from all over the US and Europe. Blue Ivy worked seamlessly with my office and all of my vendors to make our day everything we had hoped for ! They made it possible for me to sit back and actually enjoy my wedding !! I can't say enough wonderful things about Veronica and Blue Ivy !!!!

Blue Ivy was absolutely amazing!! We used Blue Ivy’s Day of Coordinator services this past summer for our wedding and we are so happy we did! Our venue did not have a coordinator or any help/guidance day-of and thankfully we listened to the advice of many to seek out a strong day-of coordinator. Blue Ivy helped us in the weeks leasing up to our wedding to help firm up almost every detail of our day from wake-up to the end of the night in the most efficient way. We never would have thought of the details Veronica did, and could not have been more amazed by her and her team, thank you Lindsey!!! The Blue Ivy team had every detail of our day, our wedding party, decorations, schedule, and anything that came up in between totally covered leaving us and our family and friends to enjoy every moment. Veronica is the best!!

Although I don't recommend waiting until the last minute to plan a wedding..if anyone can help you its Veronica.

After speaking with her the first time I could hear through her confidence that she had loads of experience.

She knew exactly how to guide me through the process so that not a single thing fell through the cracks.

Then on the day of she was our God send.

Our wedding was so stressfree!!

I did not have to think about a single thing except for my husband.

Even if there were some bumps in the road I had NO IDEA..bc VERONICA took care of it.

She is a quick thinker and amazing and creative problem solver.

And that's the ultimate thing you want in a Wedding Coordinator.. for them to take care of "it"

Veronica is all that every bride should ever have!!!:)

I love this girl and her team. From the moment we contacted her to inquire about her packages, rates/pricing and our options, she's very prompt and got back to us immediately. We actually sent inquiries the same time as the other wedding planners but they came back after few days, unlike her after few hours I have already an email from her saying when is the best time for us to have a conference call for interview, she is awesome and she's very serious with what she's doing. That's why we decided to hire her for full coordination for our wedding last August 8. Right after we signed up with her, you will receive this very helpful portal (a google doc spreadsheet). The most useful tool for us when we were planning our wedding, it has tabs for different things, such as the budget, thing to do (status), guests information, sitting charts, parties information and so on and so forth (I actually still use this portal as my file for my guests address up to now even the wedding is over). She took care everything for me and helped me get the right vendors that will provide what we need and will fit on our budget. She even helped me make sure all our contracts with the vendors were right and fair. And if she see something is not right, she will fight for it and will make sure you know she is on your side. Of course, this is my first wedding and totally don't have any idea of everything, but Veronica made sure that we covered all the details that needs to be done. How I love that she always has answers for you and even give you more information than what you were really asking. She always gives you options, pros and cons that will help you to decide.

I'm so thankful to Veronica, Kate and her team, they helped us make our dream wedding come true! Thank you, thank you, thank you!:)

Blue Ivy was incredibly helpful in planning and executing our vision for our perfect wedding. From the design, to the rental logistics, to the day of assistance, the team was instrumental in making sure our big day went off without a hitch. We had a special circumstance in that we held our ceremony in the same space where we were having our reception, so it was very important that we had all hands on deck and that the room was transformed quickly and carefully. Blue Ivy managed the entire turnover and gave us the flawless aesthetic we wanted. Thank you for helping make our dream wedding a reality!

Veronica is an absolute ALL-STAR, and to be honest, quite possibly superhuman. Veronica and Blue Ivy are simply untouchable in the quality of their work and their commitment to customer service.

Veronica is insanely talented and innovative as a designer. She understood our vision and was able to translate it into specifics-- she is truly an endless source of creativity. We were absolutely blown away by her artistry and originality. When it comes to design, she has incredible range. Veronica is so respectful of your budget and consistently went to bat for us with vendors over prices (without us even asking). It didn't matter if it was $10 or $1,000, if she thought it wasn't a fair price, she wouldn't stop until she found a better price or talked the vendor down.

There is no one else who has her creativity, passion, attention to detail, persistence, or work ethic. Period. End of story. She worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect and was always available by text, phone, email, Skype, etc. Her standards were higher than our own (I am pretty sure the word "settle" isn't in her vocabulary). When she revealed our reception room to us for the first time (which involved transforming a giant studio space into an enchanted forest), she had tears in her eyes-- that is how passionate she is about her work.

I can't say enough about Veronica and her team at Blue Ivy. We used her unlimited consulting and day of package and couldn't have been happier about it. After just a few Skypes, phone calls or emails, she has this great intuition about you as a couple, what you would like and wouldn't like. She'll help you answer any question - and even sort out personal matters that are wedding related. Her advice and opinion are so helpful throughout the course of planning the wedding. AND I'm sure we saved thousands using her tips on where to find bands, which vendors to use etc...

Veronica and Hannah were amazing resources, so happy, so cheerful and so in command of every item that needed to get done.

Our wedding night was spectacular because I knew it was in Blue Ivy's hands and everything from how we envisioned the flowers, to the tables, to the cues from the DJ, on & on and & was perfect. So worth every penny.

We're so thankful we found Blue Ivy and would highly recommend to any engaged couple!

Veronica with Blue Ivy was fabulous. Not only did she help us find AMAZING vendors, but she made the day of the wedding go seamlessly. Despite the fact that our wedding was supposed to take place on the beach and it was raining, Veronica quickly made alternate arrangements and the wedding was even more beautiful than we could have imagined.

Oh wow, where do I begin? VERONICA YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!!! Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us!

From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some!

Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that!

By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!!

I highly recommend her and her team. Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

I simply cannot recommend Veronica highly enough! She was absolutely amazing to work with and I have no idea how we would have managed without her! I pretty much had no idea where to even start to plan my wedding and Veronica made sure I had all the things I needed and did them all in the right timeline. Veronica helped us with everything, finding vendors, planning details, and coordinating on the day of. I never would have stumbled across many of the vendors that I ended up working with on my own and Veronica guided me to the perfect people within my budget. I was very impressed with all of the vendors she recommended to us.

The day of everything went very smoothly, Veronica took care of organizing when the vendors would arrive at the venue and made an agenda for all our wedding party so they knew where to be and when to be there. I have to say the best part was that after the night was over, my mother and I didn't have to worry about anything. Veronica made sure the vendors got what they needed, were where they needed to be and that at the end of the night all of our stuff was collected and put somewhere we could get it the next morning. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

As a bride planning a wedding far from my family and many of those friends who I would have turned to for help, having Veronica on call was wonderful. She is very responsive to phone calls, e-mails, text messages, pretty much anything, even when I called out of the blue she was there to answer my questions. Her professionalism and confidence were absolutely essential when I was panicking the week before. All along I knew that my wedding was in good hands. If you are in a situation where you think you will be doing most of the work on your own, I'd definitely suggest hiring a planner and you can't do better than Blue Ivy.

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the way our wedding turned out. We would not have been able to enjoy our special day without her! She not only made our wedding day enjoyable for us but also possible for our family and bridal party to just sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. She was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. She is just so professional, organized, in control and smart. She is patient, listens and always knows what to do. Two weeks before the wedding, I was completely wedding out, but she was constantly keeping me on task. Initially, I thought I was well organized and had everything covered but boy I was wrong. Her experience and suggestions definitely come handy. Veronica enhanced our wedding theme and made our wedding more than we’ve ever dreamed off without blowing the budget. The ideas really made our wedding more beautiful from the table settings to cocktail reception. Our vendors praised how smoothly everything went and that it was an easy wedding. Wonderful working with Blue Ivy! Veronica and her team at the best in the business of weddings and event planning. I was overwhelmed by all the details that had to be kept track of on the "Day Of" so I turned to Blue Ivy and they put me right at ease!

The detailed questionnaire makes sure that they know exactly what you want on your big day and that your coordinator makes sure it happens! Some major issues came to the surface while planning my wedding which Veronica was able to help me trouble shoot. She is great at brainstorming and also at working with the venue and other vendors to get answers and make sure that YOU are happy.

Blue Ivy provides and detailed "Day Of" schedule for all your vendors, bridal party members, and immediate family who need to be informed of important information such as where to be and when and what to bring.

Trust me....do NOT try to do it all yourself...you'll regret it! Hire Blue Ivy and relax on your big day!!

Blue Ivy provided “Day of” coordination for my New Years Eve wedding. After planning our wedding for about 6 months and working with a not so responsive coordinator at our venue, my husband and I were feeling really overwhelmed by all the details and organization that goes into planning. We decided to seek out some help, which led us to Veronica from Blue Ivy. Veronica is no novice to the wedding planning business which was evident from the first meeting, She is incredibly organized and on the ball regarding just about everything that you do and don’t think of for your wedding. She helped us organize our timeline for the day so that everything went smoothly, and helped see our vision for an elegant New Years Eve themed wedding come to light. Veronica had amazing ideas! Communication with Veronica was always prompt; she is extremely responsive at all hours of the day. Lindsay was our day of coordinator and ran our rehearsal dinner. It was honestly a blessing having Blue Ivy there. They took care of all the day of details including decorations, handing out tips, and even helped us deal with a difficult family member during the rehearsal. There was no confusion about where people needed to be, what time vendors were supposed to show up, etc. I honestly think that the money we spent on Blue Ivy was the best money we spent. Instead of being a frazzled, crazed bride running around trying to make sure everything was in place, dealing with all our vendors and setting up all of our personal touches, I was relaxing in my bridal suite with my girlfriends and family listening to music and getting ready. My phone didn’t ring once as everything was directed to Blue Ivy. My wedding day was a stress free dream, and for that Blue Ivy was worth every penny.

I booked Veronica for the full coordination package for my wedding in June. It was in a beautiful ballroom back home in Hollywood with 300 guests. It was the BEST decision I could have made. I had decided early on that I didn’t want to spend all my free time researching vendors and trolling Pinterest boards. I knew she was worth every penny after our first phone call. About 5 minutes after I hung up the phone, she sent me a long text message highlighting the main points of our conversation. She said that sometimes the first call can be overwhelming so she wanted me to have all the info so I could let it marinate for a bit. I hired her shortly after. Next, we skyped to get to know each other better and discuss budget. Then she sent the my most cherished item. I highly organized, dummy proof, extensive excel spreadsheet via googledoc. Words cannot describe how useful this tool is. It has to-do’s, tabs for guestlists (including columns for addresses, description of gifts, hotel info, etc), budget calculators, vendor payment info, etc etc etc. As the planning continued, I would tell her what style vendor I was looking for and she would email me lists fitting my descriptions that were available for my date, and include prices and samples. She definitely has the inside scoop and thanks to her help, we booked almost all our vendors through her connections. She had ideas and concepts that I never would have thought of on my own! Lastly, her timeline on the day of was perfection. She had sent a timeline questionnaire about a month prior that included every scenario possible. As a result, I was the most relaxed bride on the “day of”; everything ran so smoothly! Everyone in the bridal party got a copy so everyone knew where they were supposed to be and when. Because of her, I was able to be one of those few brides that get to enjoy their wedding, eat and drink, have everything I wanted within the budget I was comfortable with, & nothing but great memories.

My husband and I can't say enough about Blue Ivy, Veronica, and Hannah. We planned a complex wedding weekend with 200 guests from all reaches of the globe in under 6 months, all the while living 3,500 miles away from our wedding site.

Hannah and Veronica were incredible in helping us get our priorities down straight away, giving us trusted vendors, support, creative ideas, and enthusiasm.

We loved their no nonsense attitude and willingness to jump on Skype, text, phone, email to hash out details. With Hannah in Boston, my husband and I in San Francisco, and Veronica in LA, we were still able to have joint calls and meetings all the time. They were so responsive and sensitive to working hours, time differences, and deadlines to make it all happen. We felt like we were on a team that knew how to get things done right!

On the day of, I felt like we could just enjoy our wedding day and not worry about the little details; we knew we were in good hands with Blue Ivy at the helm.

We still get compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they've ever attended. Thank you Blue Ivy for making all our ideas and heartfelt wishes a reality!!

We had no idea how to plan a party, but Veronica was a HUGE help in making our post-wedding reception an absolute success. With her assistance, we found an affordable and elegant venue with great food, a terrific DJ and photographer, convenient hotel accommodations, event insurance, and more. Veronica was available almost anytime to talk and was extremely responsive to emails. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention that her involvement probably helped to get us some pretty regal treatment when we went to the venue for a pre-party app tasting. We highly recommend Blue Ivy!
