The first time I went to black tie tuxedo I had a great experience. We went there on short notice but they were able to take care of us. They were really helpful, now every time someone ask me to be a groomsmen I be the 1st to let them know about black tie tuxedo. May 08, 2014 will mark my 5th wedding at black tie tuxedo.

Black Tie Tuxedo has GREAT customer service & VERY reasonably priced! I would to go this vendor to rent a tux even for any event. I had a wedding do- over & Debbie was SO generous to lend/donate to us the same tux my husband wore on our actual wedding day. I just LOVE the generosity and how humble this company is!

I highly recommend Black Tie ! they are the best rental company ! They were extremely flexible and professional ! They helped us organize all our fittings and were patient and flexible with our groomsmen who were from out of state ! our groomsmen were gorgeous in their tux's and the groom was very classy in his amazingly high quality Tux. I really appreciate your help you guys are the best !!!!!!

We chose Black Tie Tuxedo in Schaumburg because they are a part of a nationwide association that allows measuring and sharing between member stores as I had wedding party members from Maryland to Washington and they could not come to Illinois just to try on a tux! However, out of four tuxes, two were not ready for us at the time of pickup, the groom's tux was too big, the service was slow. they have a great selection and the staff try very hard to please, show the merchandise, measuring. The day of the pickup though was a disaster. Only one tailor on site but about six parties there for pickup when they were told the tuxes were ready. It was a mess.
