Black Label Events was extremely professional from day one! From our first consultation, I could tell Brittney was the person I wanted in my corner for my wedding day. Her experience really shines through in all aspects of her work. Her highly detailed excel sheets kept me so organized from beginning to end, and on the day of the wedding she never faltered; she is kind and friendly, and most importantly she cares about you! She wants you to have a flawless day, and she'll do anything to make it happen. The staff at Black Label was one of the best investments we could have made and I'll always recommend them!

After our first meeting, we felt extremely comfortable and confident with Bri. Amanda and Amber were a heroic day-of coordination team on my wedding day! We met with Amanda for the first time a week before the wedding, and she immediately put us at ease with her great questions, calm demeanor, and all-around good vibes. We had them with us for 10 hours on the day of the wedding, and they did so much. Before the wedding, they helped coordinate our rehearsal, set up all of our décor, and connected with our vendors as they arrived on site. When it started to rain just half an hour before our planned outdoor ceremony, they and our vendor team did an amazing and seamless job getting the ceremony moved inside (which was not our original rain plan!). Despite the change in plans, I never felt stressed or worried on my wedding day because I knew I was in good hands. And at the end of the night, when it was time to take down all our décor and head home for the evening, we found that Amanda and Amber had already done most of the work (and handled everything with our departing vendors) while we were out on the dance floor. The ease and peace of mind they brought us on the day were worth every penny we paid.

Black Label’s planning guides, particularly the planning checklist and the gratuity guide, were also super helpful, and although the format of some of their forms was a little clunky, they were really useful tools as we got organized for the day.

I cannot say thank you enough to Brittney and Amanda for everything leading up to and during the weekend of our wedding. The attention to detail, helpful planning guides, and sound advice made the entire process stress free. The day of the wedding they were on top of every detail and truly made our day so much easier and gave us the freedom to just relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you for everything!

Brittney and team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day ever! Brittney was so helpful throughout the planning process. Her organized spreadsheets really helped us organize for the big day - not sure what we would have done without them! They helped conduct our rehearsal and helped us power through a ceremony rain delay. She helped fix my broken bustle and was there for every decision the day of the wedding. Can't recommend enough!

Brittney’s “month of” wedding coordination was fantastic. We were able to access her services 30 days before the wedding. She was always responsive, helpful, and set very reasonable expectations with us. Her knowledge and local industry connections made our lives so much easier and put our (very overwhelmed) minds at ease. Our venue made a few mistakes/mishaps while setting up the morning of the wedding, and Brittney caught everything and executed to perfection. Don’t have a wedding without Brittney by your side!!

We had a micro wedding, 19 guests and we still wanted it to feel special and as a bride I still wanted it to feel like a real wedding. We were paying for everything ourselves and with Brittney's help we were able to find ways to make everything look beautiful on a budget. When we almost had rain on our wedding day, Brittney was calm cool and collected with a plan. Best experience ever, and on the day of the wedding everything went so perfectly! BEST DAY EVER. Having a small untraditional wedding and no wedding party came with unexpected challenges that Brittney and the Black Label team helped us breeze through with creative ideas and cost-saving solutions.
