  Best investment for our wedding

  Black Label Events was extremely professional from day one! From our first consultation, I could tell Brittney was the person I wanted in my corner for my wedding day. Her experience really shines through in all aspects of her work. Her highly detailed excel sheets kept me so organized from beginning to end, and on the day of the wedding she never faltered; she is kind and friendly, and most importantly she cares about you! She wants you to have a flawless day, and she'll do anything to make it happen. The staff at Black Label was one of the best investments we could have made and I'll always recommend them!

  Absolutely amazing wedding planner!

  Brittany is such a wonderful human and I'm so grateful for all of her help with my wedding. She made the entire process so much less stressful. I really appreciated her ability to present us with vendors that fit the characteristics we were looking for and keep us on track with her superb organizational skills. Whenever I met with her, I always left feeling better. She is amazing!

  Use Black Label Events!

  Huge shoutout to Bri from Black Label Events for absolutely crushing our wedding. My husband and I opted for the "Month Of" planning package, and we're so glad we did. After our first meeting, we felt extremely comfortable and confident with Bri. She was so responsive, detail-oriented, and handled any last minute issues/changes like a true professional, never letting us stress. Our wedding day wouldn't have been as smooth or perfect without BLE & Bri!!

  Amazing day-of coordinators!

  Amanda and Amber were a heroic day-of coordination team on my wedding day! We met with Amanda for the first time a week before the wedding, and she immediately put us at ease with her great questions, calm demeanor, and all-around good vibes. We had them with us for 10 hours on the day of the wedding, and they did so much. Before the wedding, they helped coordinate our rehearsal, set up all of our décor, and connected with our vendors as they arrived on site. When it started to rain just half an hour before our planned outdoor ceremony, they and our vendor team did an amazing and seamless job getting the ceremony moved inside (which was not our original rain plan!). Despite the change in plans, I never felt stressed or worried on my wedding day because I knew I was in good hands. And at the end of the night, when it was time to take down all our décor and head home for the evening, we found that Amanda and Amber had already done most of the work (and handled everything with our departing vendors) while we were out on the dance floor. The ease and peace of mind they brought us on the day were worth every penny we paid.
  
  Black Label’s planning guides, particularly the planning checklist and the gratuity guide, were also super helpful, and although the format of some of their forms was a little clunky, they were really useful tools as we got organized for the day.

  We had a micro wedding, 19 guests and we still wanted it to feel special and as a bride I still wanted it to feel like a real wedding. We were paying for everything ourselves and with Brittney's help we were able to find ways to make everything look beautiful on a budget. When we almost had rain on our wedding day, Brittney was calm cool and collected with a plan. Best experience ever, and on the day of the wedding everything went so perfectly! BEST DAY EVER. Having a small untraditional wedding and no wedding party came with unexpected challenges that Brittney and the Black Label team helped us breeze through with creative ideas and cost-saving solutions. Brittney was an absolute joy to work with and is just an amazing human. Highly highly recommend Black Label Events.

  It was an outstanding experience with Brittney from beginning to end! She is extremely organized and was able to handle some mishaps without us ever even knowing there could have been a problem. I was told that I was one of the calmest brides on my wedding day and it truly was thanks to Black Label Events and Design, without them I was able to focus on my wedding day and enjoy my time with my family and friends and know that everything was in good hands. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Made my wedding better than I could have imagined!

  We hired Black Label Events for month-of coordination for our August 2022 wedding. From start to finish, they are extremely well organized and accommodating of all your needs. Brittney was amazing at introducing us to what they do at Black Label and setting us up with all the planning documents.
  
  We had Amanda Osborn as our head planner and Rebecca as her assistant for our Month-of Coordination. Amanda was AMAZING!! She was soo extremely organized, helped me with any concerns I or my family had, and made sure the day went off without a hitch! She even packed everything up for my family to take home the next day and sent me some pictures of the wedding the next morning so I could wake up to photos of the wedding! I could not have asked for anyone better to help my husband and I celebrate our wedding day, she truly made it better than I could have imagined! Highly recommend Black Label!!

  The Event Planner of my Dreams

  I cannot recommend BLE more! We hired a month-of service and from signing our contract all the way to the big day Amanda and Brittney were with us the entire time. Leading up to the wedding Amanda was in constant communication with us and was a great ear and brain to bounce ideas off of, or even having boots on the ground related to our venue/local establishments as we were out of state. The month of the wedding Amanda stayed in total lockstep with the groom and I in terms of vision, communication, final payments and overall weekend logistics. When it came time for execution she was professional, polite while also ensuring that our timeline was in tact and handling any curveballs/174 over-excited family members we may have thrown her way (for example swapping out some speeches/dance minutes before due to popular demand!). We never had our hands without a drink (as requested) and she ensured we were fully enjoying ourselves while somehow also doing her job!! In bittersweet closing, we hope this was our first and last wedding but if not would 10000% use Black Label Events again!!

  Perfect Addition to our vendor team

  We hired Brittney for our wedding at the public market. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. When we had to move our date because of COVID Brittney was compassionate and made sure we didn't need anything. Our wedding wouldn't have been able to happen without her. On the day of the wedding Brittney and Amber coordinated with all of our vendors and set up everything perfectly. We had the best wedding and everything went well with no issues. We really appreciate all of the hard work that Brittney put in for our wedding to be exquisite!

  Rolled with the COVID Punches

  Brittney and her team are the greatest! Black Label Events went above and beyond to make sure our special day was beautiful and stress-free. We had a venue change halfway through planning due to COVID caps and Brittney didn't miss a beat. She thought of so many things I would have completely missed and handled several day-of hiccups with grace and professionalism so I didn't have to worry at all. Every time I looked up she and her assistant were being so helpful - literally holding babies so our bridal party could visit the buffet line, fielding calls to and from vendors, making sure my husband and I had a drink as soon as the ceremony was done - you name it and they were on it! Plus, our decorations looked beautiful and Brittney worked well with all of our vendors. I will definitely be using Black Label Events for any and all future event planning!

  Brittney was amazing in helping us plan our wedding. We started our wedding planning journey with Brittney pre-Covid, so when we were forced to postpone a year she was fantastic in helping us navigate the craziness. Between helping us find a new venue, managing/rescheduling all vendors and finding us a fantastic caterer pretty much last minute, she was there for us every step of the way! She was available whenever we had questions or needed her take on anything. Not to mention just available to chat when everything felt overwhelming.
  After two years of planning and waiting, our wedding day was amazing! Brittney and her team were on point from start to finish, taking care of every detail along the way. I highly recommend engaging Black Label Events for your wedding. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Brittney & Team!!!
