Black Label Events was extremely professional from day one! From our first consultation, I could tell Brittney was the person I wanted in my corner for my wedding day. Her experience really shines through in all aspects of her work. Her highly detailed excel sheets kept me so organized from beginning to end, and on the day of the wedding she never faltered; she is kind and friendly, and most importantly she cares about you! She wants you to have a flawless day, and she'll do anything to make it happen. The staff at Black Label was one of the best investments we could have made and I'll always recommend them! -

Huge shoutout to Bri from Black Label Events for absolutely crushing our wedding. My husband and I opted for the "Month Of" planning package, and we're so glad we did. After our first meeting, we felt extremely comfortable and confident with Bri. She was so responsive, detail-oriented, and handled any last minute issues/changes like a true professional, never letting us stress. Our wedding day wouldn't have been as smooth or perfect without BLE & Bri!! -

Do Yourself A Favor and Hire BL Immediately
I cannot say thank you enough to Brittney and Amanda for everything leading up to and during the weekend of our wedding. The attention to detail, helpful planning guides, and sound advice made the entire process stress free. The day of the wedding they were on top of every detail and truly made our day so much easier and gave us the freedom to just relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you for everything! -

Brittney and team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day ever! Brittney was so helpful throughout the planning process. Her organized spreadsheets really helped us organize for the big day - not sure what we would have done without them! They helped conduct our rehearsal and helped us power through a ceremony rain delay. She helped fix my broken bustle and was there for every decision the day of the wedding. Can't recommend enough! -

Fantastic Experience!
Brittney’s “month of” wedding coordination was fantastic. We were able to access her services 30 days before the wedding. She was always responsive, helpful, and set very reasonable expectations with us. Her knowledge and local industry connections made our lives so much easier and put our (very overwhelmed) minds at ease. Our venue made a few mistakes/mishaps while setting up the morning of the wedding, and Brittney caught everything and executed to perfection. Don’t have a wedding without Brittney by your side!! -

The absolute best
We had a micro wedding, 19 guests and we still wanted it to feel special and as a bride I still wanted it to feel like a real wedding. We were paying for everything ourselves and with Brittney's help we were able to find ways to make everything look beautiful on a budget. When we almost had rain on our wedding day, Brittney was calm cool and collected with a plan. Best experience ever, and on the day of the wedding everything went so perfectly! BEST DAY EVER. Having a small untraditional wedding and no wedding party came with unexpected challenges that Brittney and the Black Label team helped us breeze through with creative ideas and cost-saving solutions. Brittney was an absolute joy to work with and is just an amazing human. Highly highly recommend Black Label Events. -

Perfect Addition to our vendor team
We hired Brittney for our wedding at the public market. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. When we had to move our date because of COVID Brittney was compassionate and made sure we didn't need anything. Our wedding wouldn't have been able to happen without her. On the day of the wedding Brittney and Amber coordinated with all of our vendors and set up everything perfectly. We had the best wedding and everything went well with no issues. We really appreciate all of the hard work that Brittney put in for our wedding to be exquisite! -

Brittney was amazing! We had so many obstacles to overcome with Covid and she was able to navigate through them all flawlessly. The wedding ended up being everything I imagined it would be and that was really due to Brittney. She was always so responsive and professional. She has great relationships with vendors. She took all of my ideas and made them a reality. I could not be happier with Black Label Events and I would highly highly recommend! -

The smartest decision I made!
During a year that has been truly disastrous for weddings, Brittney and her team at Black Label were absolute saviors! I hired her as a month-of planner for our June 2020 wedding, which was postponed to November, and then ultimately downsized to a microwedding in September due to the COVID 19 pandemic. We decided on the microwedding 6 weeks before the date, and it simply would not have happened without Brittney and her team. First, she was extremely flexible and supportive with our ever-changing plans. Second, she handled details and tasks that I never would have considered during the planning process. Leading up to the wedding, she was the epitome of cool, calm and collected. There was nothing that she couldn’t handle or work around. She knew all of our vendors and coordinated everything. The day-of was a DREAM, and I worried about nothing, thanks to her. Even our families raved about how amazing she was, and we could not agree more. Whatever your plans are, do yourself a huge favor and hire Black Label Events & Design!

We worked with Brittney LaVoie who is incredible at what she does and without her, I know I wouldn’t have had the wedding I imagined nor would I have been able to enjoy it. The amount of planning and stress that goes into planning a wedding is something I wasn’t fully prepared for and I didn’t realize how much I needed someone to guide me. We were planning a wedding from out of town and having Brittney to oversee both the big and small details gave me full confidence that everything was going to be taken care of and that nothing was going to be forgotten. She was so flexible and easy to reach via phone/email, kept in touch often, and was able to plan meetings with us when we were in town. She listened to what I wanted, and perfectly helped me bring my vision to life in such an organized way. She suggested vendors for us and helped navigate communication with them, even offering to meet with them on our behalf since we were out of town. She made suggestions throughout the entire process and gave us plenty of options while always being respectful of our budget. She suggested things that I would have never even thought of. I really appreciated her input and knowledge. She has so much experience and it was very apparent. She’s professional as well as down to earth and extremely easy to work with. I was able to put all details, arrangements, and timing concerns in her hands during our wedding day so that I could let go and be free to enjoy our day. It was a beautiful day and I have Brittney to thank for helping me make it so perfect and smooth. Thank you so so much! -

We used Brittney and her team to coordinate the venue set up and our reception. Everything went off without a hitch (at least from what we know) and they were great help to keep us on schedule for dinner, dances and cake cutting. They made sure we had a drink/food when we arrived; I definitely felt like I didn't need to worry about anything other than having a great night! They even cleaned everything up and packaged it up for us to pick up the next day. With Brittney and her team there, my husband and I were able to relax, enjoy the night and not stress. -

We used Black Label events for our wedding and were so happy we chose them. Not only was Brittney professional to work with, but she was great at giving us tips and ideas to help us save money as well as make our venue really stand out on our wedding day. She was very flexible with her time when we had meetings and we really enjoyed the entire experience. She made it easy for us! On our wedding day, she and her assistant were there for us every step of the way from the church to the venue and making sure everything went seamlessly. It was a perfect day! I would highly recommend Black Label Events to help you with your special day. -

Brittney was available day or night from the moment I hired her to offer advice, recommendations, or just calm my nerves. The services she provided are endless including: centerpieces, printing signs, painting and purchasing items, ceremony planning, vendor communication and payment, set up take and the full execution of my wedding. My family has been ranting and raving about her professionalism. Brittney has so many industry connections she personally knew every vendor I hired making communication the day of smooth and seamless. After having to change several plans due to weather she did a beautiful job transforming my ceremony inside and didn't flinch at last minute changes. She kept everyone informed of important events throughout the evening so no one missed a dance or a cake cutting. Last but not least, she kept our drinks full, our guests fed and I never had to think for a moment, I was able to enjoy every second of my day. I will recommend Brittney to anyone that gets engaged as she is worth every cent. -

Working with Brittany really helped us plan and decide what we wanted for our special day. She was easy to talk to, and was great to communicate with.
On our Wedding day, her associate Amber assisted us. She was not overly interested in our wedding and didn’t seem to share the excitement of the day. She also left halfway into the reception. Fortunately, one of the venue managers stepped up and made sure to pick up the slack. Luckily for us, the Black Label services were included as part of our wedding package. I would suggest working exclusively with Brittany.
